“I’ve not received my order having got an email saying it would arrive yesterday..!!!! Also your now asking for a review.!!! You’ve also sent emails saying I wouldn’t get my order till January 1st!!!”

“Delivery was approx. 4 weeks later than had been given at time of online purchase even though I paid for next day delivery! When item arrived, poor quality and poor fitting. I doubt i'll use again.”

“I order a dress for a wedding I paid for 4 days delivery It did not come within 4 days, so I emailed you, I didn’t receive a reply, I got my dress yesterday nearly 3 weeks later, I had to go shopping on morning of the wedding as I’d set my heart on wearing this dress on the day. I going to now return the dress, as the wedding I’d now been and gone. I would have been happier to have had a reply from the email, then at least I would have known where I would have been up to regarding my outfit. Thank you Mrs J Robinson”

“Mid dispute because my dress that has been on pre order for weeks. Due to be delivered yesterday and it's been delivered to wrong address. They have come back with the silly excuse that I didny provide a post code. Well I provided a door number, a road and the town. They have said that there are two roads of that name in the area. There are not. There is a 'way' and a 'riad' So that simply isn't good enough. I've also been told they cannot confirm which address it's been delivered to which I find proposterous. It has been signed for by an Emily. ... my name is Elizabeth. In an attempted delivery or left with a neighbour they would leave a card with the house number. So now they have admitted to delivering to wrong address, why can't tgey tell me where it is. I'm a new mummy and have an event on Saturday I was really looking forward to. This was my dress that I was to wear. I had a nice chat with customer service yesterday but there doesn't seem to be much sense of urgency given that you have already banked my money but delivered my dress to any tom, dick or harry at the wrong address. Then told me it's my fault for not providing a post code. When I'm 99% sure I did actually. And the companies excuse that there are two roads of tha name is just stupid because there aren't. Is ..... close ..... way ..... Road ..... avenue all the same. No. All I want is my dress recovered and sent to me and then I can change this review. Thank you”

“Dissapointed with the dress. Quality average, normal price €125 down to €31, still not worth it to buy, looks good in the picture but the real dress is way far from the picture!!”

“I was not happy with a dress I bought , looking at the stitching it was badly and cheaply made and as paid £70 I would have thought it would have been better !! Also there wasn’t a Forever unique label on it either which I thought was odd .”

“Waiting for a refund for over 2 weeks and still haven’t received it . Rang up and spoken to staff to be told the same thing over and over again. Thriving company like this should take in to consideration the time frame of refunds not everybody can wait weeks to get their money back will never order from this company again”

“Recieved a shirt that was really, really creased. Emailed customer services who told me to iron it (Even though it’s covered in pearls) or they’d refund or exchange. I asked for exchange and best way to go about this to which I had no response. Called 4 days later and spoke with someone who told me they’d arrange for a courier to do a swap. 4/5 days later still waiting on this email. In the meantime still stuck with this shirt. The pictures really do not do it justice considering I paid £5 delivery. Never experienced such bad customer service..non existent!”

“Trying to arrange a refund and can’t sign into my account even though my details haven’t changed, the link to reset password not working, sent an email to customer services 2 days ago still awaiting a response and telephone number constantly busy - as Seema would say “Not impressed at all”.”
