“I haven't received my parcel. Was advised it was being delivered on Friday 23rd March so I got someone to wait in - delivery changed to 24th - not by me! Since then heard nothing!”

“Since when is it acceptable to charge an over inflated postage fee for an item I am having to pre-order? your postage is far too expensive, maybe you need to shop around. plus I tried to use a code for free postage as I spent more than £75 but it didn't work.”

“Not impressed so far , paid for next day delivery on the 01.03.18 it’s now the 04.03.18 and still not received delivery . I chased the package on the 02.03.18 to be told it’s becsuse of the weather , but still no one has tried to contact me to tell me where my package is .”

“I ordered 2 items both of which arrived damaged with holes in, a very small hole in one top but noticeable straight away, the other had significant damage again to the front of it. Do you have quality control as I am really shocked at the condition they were sent out to me.”

“Hello, I must say that I was highly disappointed with the dresses I got from your company. First of all, the quality was too poor for the price charged. Secondly, the size must be a joke! I Ordered a large dress and it arrived looking like a size 6 dress. I have posted the two dresses to your company on the 12th of Feb and still waiting for my money back. The goods were not fit for purpose and also not of satisfactory quality! I will be sending details of the retuned goods shortly. My order number is 100032234.”

“Bandage dress ordered but arrived creased and damaged/snagged. Phoned the customer service line where I was advised to just send it back. There wasn't a dustbag to hang it in nor did it arrive in a box the dress was just stuffed in a plastic bag. I then had to pay £6.50 to return the faulty dress!”

“This is the first time I’ve used your site. I ordered five items. I then got refunded for two items and when I telephoned to see what had happened I was told you were out of stock and wouldn’t be getting any more. Very disappointing.”
