Email informed me the Bardot dress for which you have debited my card was never available. I find this very poor customer service.. to have taken my money when the item is not even available? Your website is poor to navigate, this is my first time ordering from your brand and judging by your poor standards, will be my last.. I rang initially to ask if there were any offers for a first order.. many companies do this...your sales member answered with a curt “no” I have never before rang a company & had such cold first response? Despite initial poor service I went ahead and placed the order.. I particularly wanted the Bardot black sleeved plunge dress and was excited I had got the last one! I then paid with my card! when I didn’t receive a confirmation I rang again, spoke to a male, he checked and said it had gone through and the items would be dispatched tomorrow. He made no mention of the fact one of the items was out of stock! I feel let down by this brand Maybe Seema Malhotra should pay more attention to the poor customer service her company is providing..very disappointing

Ordered Tuesday promised delivery Thursday - did no arrive - called up Promised delivery Friday by F U - I was going out that night - still waiting - don’t need it now. Terrible company to deal with and terrible customer service at other end of the phone. He didn’t really care just fobbed me off to get me off the phone!!!!

I ordered the Judith blazer dress in a size 6 I was very unimpressed by how ill fitting it was. The bust was very big that even when I used an extra padded bra booster the dress still hung down so my bra would have been completely exposed. I am angered and appalled that the bust is ridiculously big for a smaller size. I have found forever unique items fit my petite body very perfectly and even flatter my figure. There isn't a 0, 2 or 4 in this dress which is sad as it is very nice. I just feel forever unique have totally lost touch with creating flawlessly tailored items and this was why I liked the brand so much previously, I felt that it was also catered for slim women. The advertising is taking them off the tailoring process. Customer services very unhelpful with helping me with the ill fitting dress, I did say that I didn't want to return it but they offered no solution and the tone in the email sounded automated and lacked any personal touch. I shall be returning the dress. The size guide on the website was highly inaccurate if you buy this dress the best is very very big. As forever unique is only available online I am very put off by making any further purchases from this experience, considering the high price for this item I was expecting far better fit and service.

The dress arrived badly packaged for what I thought would be a high end item, it is very flimsy and doesn't feel worth the price, I am returning it.

I have ordered a dress and really love the dress and design, but unfortunately where the label/tag has been placed it has pulled the collar of the dress at the front and I'm not sure it will ever sit back up correct ? I still haven’t h are anything back from you, after returning my dress. Thank you

Well, to say I'm disappointed would be an understatement, I expected so much from the reviews left but what I received this morning has certainty tainted my illusion! My 1st order arrived with Forever unique today & I did not expect to open up my parcel to find that the shirt id ordered would smell of body odour under both arms!!! Considering this company promises high-end fashion with costs to match , I'd expect that their quality control would be equally as high-end!!! I'm expecting an expensive Kayden dress to arrive this week for a wedding .....I wont hold my breath on how it will arrive....

Dress was rediculously small for a medium and I'm a 10 to 12 and didn't fit, no large . As soon as I put the dress on the button fell off very cheap material. Poor returns process too I have to print label off don't get that with John Lewis!

The quality of the so called jacket I ordered was below shoddy. It's not a jacket as advertised. It is a cheap piece of material. You can see the stitches on the outside of where the loops go. How you can sell this as a jacket is beyond me.

Blouse was poorly made with the flowers sewn on with black cotton on a see-through net. Flowers were also falling off before it was tried on.

Still waiting for a refund which should have come nearly half a year ago. They take your money then when your not happy with their products and you send it back they will then keep the products and your money! DONT BUY!!!! They said they would do it to get rid of you but still dont bother.

I called the day before nye to see if it was possible to get next day delivery as the store I had seen a dress in didn't have my size. I called yourselves and the lady went to check and they said it was possible. You had removed sat delivery but she said if I called back once I placed the order she would make sure I had the dress by nye. I was so angry to find out when contacting the courier that this had not been followed through. I could have collected that dress from another store if I was told I wouldn't receive it so when I found out at tea time that I wouldn't be receiving my parcel I was not best pleased. A real shame to be let down by a company I thought very highly of.

Hi Kirsty, I am so sorry to hear that you had trouble receiving a dress from us over Christmas. I have spoken with our customer service department who also pass on their sincere apologies. I have followed this up further and found that this was a fault with DPD, the team did do all they could to ensure that you received your order from us on time, however the failure unfortunately sat with DPD. Sadly, you were not the only one of our customers who were impacted by this error. I have raised this with our account manager at DPD to ensure that this does not happen again, however I appreciate that this does not help you on this occasion.
