Terrible customer services !! After purchasing a very expensive dress the zip broke the first time I wore it so I returned the dress for a repair or replacement and they just sent the dress back saying NO !!

Hello Debbie, Please accept our sincerest apologies for the damage of your item, this is not usual practice for Forever Unique products. I would like to re-assure you that your complaint has been fed back to our Quality Control team, to ensure that they are aware of the fault and to avoid this happening again in future. Hi Michelle, I am sorry to hear that you had trouble with the delivery of your order. I have read through previous correspondence between yourself and our Customer Service Adviser and I believe that the delay was due to our third party delivery courier struggling to find your address. Return policy not clear for foreign country shipping. The business is located in England. Do not, do busy with this company if you plan on returning any items. Return shipping is not free and can cost $200. I've tried calling the busy and it's impossible to get in touch with anyone. If you contact customer services via email expect a response the next day.

The service from Forever Unique in relation to shipping etc I cannot complain however forever unique miss sell items. I purchased Petula which as you will see is a beautiful pale blue.. however this is not the case. When the dress arrived it is a horrible washed out dark blue nothing like the picture whatsoever (You would assume that there were 2 colour options they are that different) to see the REAL colour visit nelly.com before purchasing.

Absolutely gutted. I know it's a lovely dress as seen it in a local shop but only had a small size. Ordered direct from Forever unique. Paid £9.95 for a Sunday delivery. I did this well within their Friday cut off time which was 2pm for the weekend delivery. I received a confirmation for Sunday which was great. Ten received an email from dpd couriers saying my delivery was Monday. TODAY! Saying at 12 I will be given a 1,hour time slot. My package is in dartford which is 15 minutes from my home. However I have just been emailed again to say I am the last drop off 148 parcels away and my dress is now in Croydon on its way to me for a time slot of between 5pm & 7pm!!!! I would have picked it up from the depot and not have had to waste a whole day waiting for it when I was due to go somewhere and now can't! I'm fuming!!! Very unhappy. No one to call on Saturday either at FU or DPD so absolutely nothing I can do other than to wait and hopefully get an end ik from FU explaining why and even I'll receive my £9.95 for a service they haven't provided. I would like this resolved as I order a fair bit on the net and won't not like to not use them again. I await an email.... And a dress it seems....I will review again once my dress actually arrives. I've rated poor simply because of the delivery situation..,

The print looks completely different on my dress. The picture online is predominantly green, and mine is predominantly pink. The waistband goes straight around mine & not on an angle as the picture shows. For the price I feel massively disappointed!

Unfortunately we've had a delay on returns due to the 4 day bank holiday weekend. We received your order on the 29th March (please note we have to allow 7 working days to process refunds from the date we receive it). Your order was processed this morning, you will receive email confirmation today.

Ordered a top, got an email to say it had been dispatched. A week later got an email to say no longer in stock and that i had been refunded. Very bad business. Wont use the site again.

This is my first time ordering from Forever Unique and will be my last. I placed an order on December 19 and now it's January 1 and I still haven't receive my order. I've sent several emails to customer service department for clarification and got no replies. So now I have no idea whether my item has been shipped or not. Very disappointing.
