“You took too long to send out the items after placing the order and shipping with dpd is the worst stayed in all day and then they for two days straight with no delivery delivered after they sent me a text message saying I’ll get me delivery and ask for it to be delivered to a shop next day and all now they still have the items”

“Paid for next day delivery - item arrived 3 days late after I had to chase FU twice then DPD who told me they couldn’t deliver as FU had failed to send them the package. Will be sending item back as arrived too late.”

“Ordered 2 dresses advised delivery was Thurs 29th and would be advised after 11am on the day.the 1 hour delivery slot.never got the time slot .didn't get delivered. Now been advised 2nd January ..not good when it was for new years eve!”

“I still haven’t received my parcel. DPD kept delaying and now has sent it back to without my consent or knowledge. I needed the parcel for tomorrow now that’s going to happen. I can’t even contact them to understand the reason why”

“One of the items I ordered was very creased in a zip lock bag an looked like it had been worn or not looked after and a button fell off when looking at it. Also seem on neckline shabby. Also stitching splitting on seam at side. I will be returning it.”

“When i receive the Two pieces oriental i try to iron in mínimum temperature and the fabric get burned to glue to my new iron machine that i have had to trough . I am very sad cause i need this look for Christmas .”

“I tried to return an item but as I dont have a printer I can’t print a returns label so I rang to request one to be sent out which they can’t do,they told me to log into my account which I have tried to do on numerous occasions & can’t get into even though I have reset my password. I just think it’s very poor service as I will probably now have to pay to return my item.”

“The delivery driver lied and said they attempted delivery when I have cameras and watched playback to double check and they didn’t. I needed it for this weekend and now apparently my parcel is delayed as they have had to take it back the depot as I didn’t answer the door of the pretend attempt to deliver. I’m sure the product is lovely but I’m yet to receive it due to dpd.”
