I ordered 2 dresses spending £500 for a very special eve tonight!!!!! So cross so upset I get a email saying that driver was near so I asked for him to deliver in safe place for me he confirmed by email as couldn't afford to miss him!!! Then I get a missed it email I am so furious I rang them man was very rude said there was nothing he could do!!! A unbelivly rude company you are using and I will never be shopping with you again

Told my delivery would be yesterday it seems it was delivered but not to me! None of my neighbors have the package and no calling card was left by DPD! Wonderful wanted the dress for tomorrow!!! Totally pissed off right now!!!

Very poor quality!!! Ordered 3 dresses and a jumpsuit and they were either faulty or very poor quality. And when I say very poor quality, I mean it!!! You could find a much much nicer dress on Asos, River Island or any other affordable company. I do not recommend Forever Unique at all, not even to my enemies! Waste of time & money!

So far my experience with forever unique is terrible. Once I placed the order I received an e-mail that they need an authorization code for the transaction from the bank. I provided them with exactly what they asked for. I haven't gotten any replies to my e-mails for following up with the order. I sent 3 e-mails!! I ordered a dress that I need to wear for an upcoming occasion and I need it asap. And still no replies!! This is my order number: 150917-145100-2984 I thought that forever unique is a reputable company that should be trusted. I hope you are able to solve this problem and ship my dress already!

Still waiting for my parcel, got a message to say I could pick up and then got a messAge to say no you can't, it's been delayed. I am very disappointed as wanted to wear it to a wedding today.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your parcel was booked to be collected from us on Thursday 3rd for delivery Friday 4th, however, DPD were unable to make the collection from us due to an issue with the driver. They therefore collected Friday on a next working day service for delivery Monday. This was still within the 4 working days specified for the free UK service selected. Very disappointed at the delivery service, 3 days later I'm now receiving my next day delivery order in the evening. Haven't even seen the dress yet but at this rate I'm probably returning it I'm so annoyed.

We are sorry you are disappointed with the delivery service. The service selected is a next working day service which states it excludes weekends and bank holidays. Your order was placed on Saturday of the bank holiday weekend so it was despatched Tues for delivery Wednesday. Driver left Parcel up against my conservatory door when I arrived home it was no longer there. Driver sent a photo showing where it was left when delivered and this was in full few of people. Have emailed company awaiting reply

Do not order from this company, order placed 5 days ago, payment taken, no dress has arrived. On chasing up was informed dress out of stock, person on phone very unhelpful, could not explain why my order was taken, could not even inform me when my payment will be returned!

I still have not received my order!!!!!! I wasted a whole day on Friday chasing my parcel which i was reliably informed by both Forever Unique customer services (including text instructions) and DPD that it was at a local depot after a mistake had been made with labelling after i informed of a change of address. After 1.20 hours travelling to the depot - they informed me it wasn't there (DPD also left me a message to say it was there the same day i went to collect it). After the huge amount of chasing around by phone and by car on Friday i was told it would DEFINATELY be with me on saturday. It never arrived. I could not contact your offices on saturday as they were closed and DPD still had 'no idea' where the parcel is - and i still don't. I am infuriated as this item was for a very special occasion on saturday night - which quite frankly ruined the night for me. Waiting in all day saturday for the hopeful delivery i was promised, i had no time to find an alternative. I would be grateful if someone could call me and recommend you look for a more competent delivery company who actually knows where their stock is. Emma 07956 492292

I was very disappointed to see that upon my first purchase the 10% discount I was supposed to get never went through upon payment . In checkout the reduction was made. The price indicated in euro reflected the reduction , but when I paid using PayPal the charge changed currency back to GBP . I was supposed to pay €286.50 but instead paid €322.50 . This mark up seems unfair and misleading. Please explain how the price quoted in check out changed ?? A very dissatisfied first time customer .

Thank you for your review. We take all payments in GBP and upon checking your order details we have charged the correct amount, with your 10% discount. The dress purchased was £250, minus the 10% is £225 which is the payment we have taken from our end. The difference may be to do with the exchange rate but if you would like to discuss it in more detail please contact customerservices@foreverunique.co.uk who will be happy to help.

This is the second time I have ordered a dress from Forever unquie and had to send it back as the stitching and jewels have come away from the dress before even wearing.

Bought a dress at over £200 pound. After wearing the dress once the hems frayed, one of the seams split. Overall the general quality of the dress was poor. I sent the dress back, without sending me an email in advance/ informing me of the return status or even if it was received the dress was sent back with a note to say 'alterations void returns'. They did however repair the split on the hem as a 'good will gesture'. All in all, if the dress is not the perfect size on you (which many of us aren't) don't buy from here. The quality is as poor as the customer service!

Alterations made to a garment indicate acceptance of goods, therefore voiding the possibility of a full refund. For this reason, your dress was repaired, free of charge, and returned to you.
