“Forever Unique had the incorrect address for me so therefore I ended up sitting indoors for a whole weekend waiting for a dress that wasn't going to be delivered because they had the wrong address. I would never order a dress from this website again!”

Please accept our apologies for the confusion with your order. An incorrect postcode was provided which caused delays with the shipment. I believe this has now been rectified with the customer service team and delivery has been rescheduled. Please contact them if you require any further assistance.

“Very poor service! I ordered a dress on Thursday and paid £10 for pre 10am next day delivery. Instead of receiving my dress the next day, I received an email asking for my authorisation code. I replied the email quickly in hope my dress could still be delivered the following day and have my delivery upgraded to Saturday delivery as I needed my dress for Saturday evening. I was also promised and assured that my delivery would be upgraded to Saturday delivery and if I did not receive my dress I would get a refund on m delivery. My dress was not delivered on Saturday and I was left with no dress to wear that evening. FU is not the place to go if your looking for a dress to wear short notice for an event. Their next day delivery service is inefficient and just a way to suck money from their customers”

Looking into your order, your parcel was despatched on a next working day day service and delivery was attempted, however, there was no one present to sign for it. You then requested that the courier leave the parcel with a neighbour so delivery was re-attempted the following working day (Monday). We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you received and that you felt you had a negative experience with us. “I love dresses from FOREVER UNIQUE, but the delivery company which they use is very poor. I made sure that some one was in the house on my delivery date and time, and the driver not even called me on that day. where i needed this parcel on the next working day. I am really disappointed how that could happened.”
