“ They don't do returns and if you purchase online they will deliver your items without a return label or any receipts of your order they make it difficult for you to return items and not to mention you have to pay for the returns Forever 21 is not a reliable company I warned you all to spend your money and shop elsewhere because you will be ripped off. ”

I had them keep the sweater since it was junk. This company lost my and my family's business for life. They don't know how to treat their customers. I'm not surprised it declared bankruptcy. ”
