“FounderShield was easy to work with. The people were all professional and responsive. The reason for four stars and not five is that we needed a specific Endorsement (a CG 20) required by our landlord (a government entity). After some back-and-forth, we were finally told that "CHUBB, does not produce the specific form the entity is requesting." We are still waiting for a response from our landlord (the City of San Francisco) on whether they will accept the alternate form that was provided. If not, then we are going to have to find other insurance.”

“In general, responsiveness to current issues is A+. Also, ability to quickly provide workable solutions to problems is A+. Not yet rating VERY GOOD due to the fact that one big issue was a combo of FS and company inattention. Had FS been on the ball, there would have been no problem. In the end though, I've been a CFO for over 20 years and FS is far more efficient to deal with than either local agencies or the large national brokers.”

“Generally a good system and pretty good customer service. There are annoyances though here and there as not of the process is online and still requires "old school" paperwork and odd payment situations.”

“So I reached out to Founder's Shield right before Christmas and inquired about business insurance. I was on a tight deadline. Let's just say after 40 days and 40 nights of going back and forth and missing my deadline I was not insured. They combed through my website and asked ridiculous questions such as why are we the first insurance company just to name one. I don't like to throw racism out there but I am sure that was the case based off the line of questioning. I'm not saying that they may not work for some but I will tell Black people to steer clear. To be fair it could have been the partnering firms they work with that were racist which is CFC and Everest but it was one of the three. I need to warn my people because after speaking with another broker for 30 minutes I was insured.”

“After allowing me to deposit a total of $33,340, they had the audacity to tell me that my deposits were illegal and that I needed to pay more to make it legit, total scam, they refused to let me have my money back, I am fortunate to have seen a post about spacetelcapital; cPm and how they were able to do justice to these people. They aided me in quickly recouping my investment.”
