“Absolutely fantastic! The find of 2022 - beautiful flowers, amazing discounts when you refer friends. The video tutorials are wonderful, the gorgeous instruction leaflets that come with each bunch, the fantastic customer service… I can’t fault this lovely company. I don’t know why other reviewers are complaining about cancellation - I’ve had multiple friends get a free box and then cancel their subscription very easily with a simple email. No persuading to please subscribe, just a polite email saying “thank you!” I am a BIG Freddie’s fan!”

“I got canvased when I was in London and I'm so glad I signed up. There was a problem where they had signed me up for weekly when I wanted monthly but they were so helpful and polite and sorted the problem straight away as well as not charging me. Amazing customer service. Also all 3 deliveries I have received have been BEAUTIFUL and lasted me WEEKS with extra care from me! I'm so happy with them they are so beautiful and I love that they show you how to arrange it and the vases are just a plus! Very pretty. So happy with this company.”

“My free order from a friends code was amazing beautiful flowers lasted weeks so I decided to buy again although ordered and confirmed for date to be delivered as yet they have not arrived and I’m still waiting have emailed FF hoping they can sort it as £ has come out of account”

“I have been using FFs for months. In the most part I have been thrilled, I enjoy the arrangements immensely. I have had on 2 occasions flowers arrive not up to standard and my emails were sadly ignored but the website is easy to navigate, all these people moaning about deliveries sadly haven't read the way this works. My flowers on ome occasion did not arrive, however it was an error with DPD and after one phone call it was rectified. I can assure you it is quite simple, you have a day and a cut off to cancel. I have now purchased the Vases too and I adore them, some of the choices are a little repetitve such as Lilys but I myself check it out each week and If I don't like what I see I can cancel the delivery. I have used another service (Bloom and Wild) and I believe this is superior. I will continue to use them as it has given me many hours of enjoyment, the highlight of my week is arranging them. Thanks FF”

“Freddie's Flowers came as a glitter of joy during Covid time, and I decided to keep it for longer. Everything little detail is carefully thought through and makes me feel like someone really cares and love the flowers they send. I would rate this 5 stars not just for an online flower shop, but for all the business and service I've ever used. It's a joy to receive, to organize and to look at. Also, their vase is the best, I'm happy I didn't gave it up. Thanks Freddie's Flowers! (I'm not being payed for this review :)”

“I was awe struck with my beautiful flowers, sent by my daughter for Mother’s Day ..The presentation of the box before I looked inside was exciting, and the smell was like a flower shop with newly delivered flowers .. I had the Yoga moment arranging these gorgeous fresh flowers in the new vase..A true delight..and to read I am going to get a box every month for a year...I was in flower heaven ..Thank you all at Freddie’s Flowers,, and Gem too xx”

“Beautiful flowers with a lovely guide for how to arrange them, these were a gift using the introductory offer and my mum was delighted with both bunches and the quality of the flowers and care with their packaging. I've used Bloom and Wild in the past and Freddie's Flowers were much nicer and better value for money. I cancelled the subscription after the introductory offer by sending an email, there's no "button" to do it but was easy and the customer service team are lovely and were quick to process the cancellation. Highly recommend and would use again in future”

“WOW .. what a superb surprise to have these 5 Amaryllis delivered to my home. Beautifully presented in a long box with the ‘care for your Amaryllis’ printed in black on the inside of the box lid. A great help, it saved me going to Google! I was also impressed with the literature enclosed about the Amaryllis, ‘A - Mary(llis) - Christmas to you all xx From a delighted customer on her 68th birthday .. 21.12.52”

“STUNNING flowers, beautiful quality! Freddies attention to detail is thorough & very impressive. From pictures/names of the actual flowers in the box, all the way to how to arrange them. I actually had a small issue but it was dealt with swiftly & professionally! I would not hesitate to recommend FFs and will certainly use them myself in the future!”

“Freddie's Flowers are the perfect choice for gorgeous flowers in the home. The price point is perfectly reasonable for the service, range, and quality of flowers. I've had no complaints with service, when I sent a friend flowers, which were lost by the courier, Freddies sent a new bouquet the next day with no faff or drama. Absolutely recommend!”
