“I love these flowers. They are always in good condition and we have never had problems with delivery. However the company continue to use these one use plastic covers for their flowers. Not only is that unacceptable with current plastic issues, but now this happened.”

“I do not want any more flowers sent. I did not like my first order. Too much foliage and the flowers are not worth the money.”

“Can't comment on flowers - simply reviewing my experience of 'thinking about ordering'. Having simply clicked on a link to research how much it was going to cost me, I realised I was going to be dragged into a subscription so didn't proceed and I'm now receiving messages and offers for 50% off my first delivery. Was tempted but, having had a bad experience with 'subscription' offers before, I thought I'd check reviews first. So glad I did. Any company worth their salt, shouldn't have an issue in having a simple 'unsubscribe / cancel' button within your customer account. If you can click to join, you should be able to click to leave, without the hassle of phoning and dealing with high-pitch sales talk to stay. For that reason alone, I'm out.”

“Certainly the flowers made me happy but the failed delivery twice in as many weeks made me angry. Do any other florists make deliveries so late in the day that the flowers actually arrive at night ? A different excuse each time and a free offer - but what I really want is a flower delivery service that I can count on.”

“The flowers are lovely and I love the flower arrangement instructions that comes with them. However, they were delivered to the wrong address more than once which was disappointing.”

“In terms of the flowers, these are 5 stars - absolutely beautiful every week, I’ve never had nicer flowers in my home. But I just can’t get them to deliver properly - every week they leave them outside my building on the street and don’t buzz my buzzer. I’ve written to them multiple times and even cancelled my deliveries before because I had some stolen. I’d recommend this flower delivery 100% but only if you have a safe space for deliveries.”

“I've had Freddie's flowers for the last eight months, every three weeks or so. Generally they have been brilliant but the last three or four boxes have had broken blooms in them. I spoke to the company and they sent me a free box. Unfortunately once again this week, my box contained a broken off bloom. I'm sure that the flowers are intact when they leave but the delivery men must throw the boxes around. I think its time that Freddie seriously looked into his delivery methods..”
