“My order was never received. Despite reaching out to customer service. They refused to refund the un received pictures or to actually send the pictures. Don't use them. Waste of money and time”

I've ordered a long back but still I'm waiting for that. I chase the company through email but they aren't helpful, even I've already made the payment to them in advance by paying online.
Team - Please ask your superior/supervisor and specially to your CEO to shutdown the company and refunding the amount of all those customer who haven't received the photos yet!!
