“Order arrived when stated. Product did not live up to expectations as after a few batches, didn't set. So, in conclusion, a lot of milk wasted and a very few, very expensive samples of not very thick, homemade yogurt. Taste was not that amazing either. No where near as good as some well known brands of natural greek 0% yogurt. Sad customer.”

“My parcel never arrived, initially customer services were very helpful, no answer when I tried to ring to sort out replacement order. So no refund and no delivery. Disappointed”

“Product arrived two days after the "must be used by date". I appreciate that deliveries to some areas are problematic during Covid, but not in the South East where I live - I receive next day deliveries from others almost every day.”

“The SCOBY was TINY....i know i ordered a misshapen one, but it was hardly enough to brew any kombucha at all! very disappointed in what was sent. PLUS - it took weeks to arrive which was a shame as I was only at the address for a short time.”
