“Product is easy to activate and get in a routine of making up the milk and re-using the grains. Only problem I had was the length of time it took to arrive.”

“Very good services - prompt help and follow up. The (room temperature) yogurt is a bit tricky, maybe it’s the cold temperature. The good selection and service make up for it and I will buy again”

“Overall happy with my lame, it looks great and is very handy to use. It is a little fiddly to fix the blade and it would have been nice to be able to somehow fold the blade away to store it safely. Apart from those points I recommend using this lame.”

“Sourdough effective and tasty, no fuss. Fetir more unpredictable, but the instructions do warn of this. Now seems to be settling down, though it tastes sharper than the shop-bought stuff. Some sourdough bread-making instructions would help, e.g. flour to water ratios, salt, sugar etc.”

“I was glad to be able to buy a kit for making water kefir as a complete novice, and mostly it was a really good purchase. The kit contained all the equipment and ingredients I needed, but it was let down a bit by the instructions which were a bit higgledy piggledy and hard to follow. So I missed that I was supposed to refridgerate my grains (would have been helpful to have it printed on the packet), and I missed the instructions for activating them and skipped straight to making my first batch. No idea whether it will work now but fingers crossed. Overall I'd recommend buying the kit to friends, but also really advise reading some other websites to get clearer step by step instructions.”

“Very happy with the product. The accompanying info sheets were vague and over wordy. Bullet points could help. They stopped short of the ongoing development, such as how much growth of the kefir grains do you need before you start dividing/discarding some of them. But the product is great!”

“I purchased the Greek Yoghurt starter and have made several batches successfully. The instructions are good. As time goes on it seems to be getting more and more sour- not sure if this is what naturally happens, but it’s about where I like it at the moment, so I hope it doesn’t get any more sour! Good product - works well and the instructions, downloadable from the website are straightforward and easy to follow.”

“The products were good when they arrived, but it took over two weeks before I received a msg on my phone on a Thursday saying that they would arrive the following day with an overnight courier. Nothing arrived on the Friday so I contacted the couriers phone number which just rang out. I sent them an email after a few tries calling and eventually got a reply from someone saying as they only worked Monday to Friday my package wouldn't be delivered until the Monday.”

“Product works fine. However their order processing was slow. I ordered on 15/12 and only one week later got a message "order completed" on 22/12. Fortunately the product arrived in time for Christmas on 24/12.”

“Fab product (kombucha starter pack) but it came with no instructions/recipe, it was a gift and the person I gave it to had to Google how to make it which isn't a big deal but it would be good to get an idea on how to make kombucha in the pack :)”
