“Really bad rude customer service. Cannot take constructive criticism. Starter kit has a piece of paper in saying go to website for instructions, no instructions. There are only instructions if you use their own starters, which isn't what sourdough is about for me? Sarcastic and condescending replies. Needs training on how to talk to customers respectfully.”

“I've ordered some items I've never received, and claimed back refund through PayPal. It came surprisingly swiftly, and I realized the items (2 separate orders from different days) wasn't even dispatched about 20 days after they have been clearly paid. Well, if you struggle some staff shortage, hire more people. I wouldn't order ever again. Good luck with ur business.”

“The delivery time was appalling (I had cultures delivered from Bulgaria in less than half the time) and £4.00 for a single sachet; I assumed it was for a box of 5 or 10 (the listing gave no idea of the quantity).”

“The ginger beer fermentation was never very active, despite following the instructions carefully. It ended up as a gelatinous gloop which we had to throw away. I have happily fermented water kefir and kombucha for years so am very used to looking after ferments. Very disappointing.”

“The order first took a long time to arrive. It does state that on the website but I do think that a sourdough starter should be delivered quicker to be able to be activated. I then followed the instructions on the website, only for the starter to not activate. I would not buy from them again!”
