“Some of my order was unavailable for immediate despatch due to supplier delay but Friendly Turtle let me know about this the next working day. I still received my order within a week so the service was good. Cannot comment on goods as bought for present.”

“I found friendly turtle after searching for face wash & body lotion bars. The items came relatively quickly, only thing is I couldn't see any indication of when they might arrive on the confirmation email. Not a big deal as when the above products arrived, in lovely plastic free packaging, I decide to order more as gifts for 2 friends! One has received hers & loved the coffee face scrub. Really pleased & will order again”

“Just like last time, this came quickly and the packaging meant everything was secure. My only issue was that as a first time safety razor user, I would have appreciated some instructions on how to assemble and use the razor. But otherwise, a wonderful product.”

“I didn't have issues when buying their products online, it would have been helpful to choose the delivery date/time. The products were delivered to me in good conditions and well packed (packaging was fully recyclable)!”

Hi there! I'm so sorry that the delivery speed wasn't as fast as you had hoped for! We usually have great feedback on how fast our delivery is, so to allow me to investigate a little more, can you try and recall on which day you received your order? I can see your order was placed on a Sunday, so this would have been despatched on Monday, so you should have received this on Wednesday (48hrs from despatch). Hopefully I can find out what went wrong here! :)

“ordering and delivery all fine. the conditioner cubes themselves are taking a while to get used to. they don't break down fully into a paste. the crumbs also stick to my bath and hard to remove. my dry hair doesn't feel particuarly nourished. i won't waste them, but i will look at other eco friendly alternatives”
