“Friendly turtle customer services were spot on, answered my questions promptly when I had them, and dispatched a bar of shampoo quickly. Product arrived in a beautiful little box, well packaged. I would use them again. However... The shampoo I ordered (B&S Nettle & Seaweed Shampoo Bar) is worse than a laundry soap. I have never ever had worse shampoo. Never. Had to bin it after several washes (expected hair to "get used to it" but that didn't work) even my boyfriend who uses shower gel instead of shampoo most of the time found it horrible. Makes your hair tangled, extremely dry and oily at the same time. But I guess B&S is not made by Friendly Turtle. I just wish that FT would spend more time sourcing manufacturers. Hence 4 stars.”

“Product arrived quickly. Products are good except olive wood soap dish. Edges are sharp and it releases polish and stained my basin. Workmanship is very poor.”

“Brush heads for a Philips Sonicare work well. Click on and off as easily as the Philips heads. Knocked one star off as I don't really see how they recycle the heads.”

“Very nicely packaged little hand creams delivered in time during very busy pre-Christmas period. Am giving only 4 stars because I think they are pretty pricey for the size.”
