Really poor, paid for the bed in full in April, bed was promised to arrive on May, but after months and months of emailing the bed still has not arrived, claiming that there’s delay. When asked for a refund they mentioned no refund and couldn’t give us a date or estimation of when the bed will even arrive, basically telling us we just have to wait aimlessly and endlessly. Told them that the current bed is falling apart which is why we rushed to purchase a new one for it to come in May and asked for alternatives for service recovery but told that only if I paid hundreds more for other beds then can be delivered within weeks. Bed frame was quite nice though. But overall, very horrible experience, never going to order from them again!

Purchased a tv console and only arrived 3+ months later. Being offered a side coffee table as a compensation for being late and can’t give a refund, was given a bedside table. No response from email sent.

I bought the Cadence TV console. The console did not have a hole drilled at the back as displayed and a technician had to come down to do it. He drilled the hole but when he did it, it caused the cabinet door to become misaligned. Fullhouse said it was not their fault.

Delivery was late. Coffee table was delayed twice. Till now have not received it yet

When I went to the show room the material and look of the wardrobe is good and fantastic. Unfortunately when it arrive to my place this morning, it is not what we expect. There are many scratches . The guy use a marker pen to color it 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. It is such a disappointment. Nevertheless the service staffs at the showroom and delivery guys are superb!

Due to the extent of corrosion to areas that are to be repaired to our double deck bed frame, i have requested for the item to be return back for it to completely rectified rather that spot repairs. This is to avoid recurrence of problems to other unattended areas if not being handled tactfully. Or another option is to replace another item with better quality. But to my surprise, i have to pay $150 and further discounted to $120 for labour just to dismantle and reinstall even it is still under warranty. Totally unjustifiable since the defects are due to poor manufacturing workmanship. Corrosion dust has affected the fabrics. Definitely not recommending Fullhouse due to their irrespondible partners.
