Ordered an 8 feet wardrobe. Satisfied with quality of product but shipment was delayed by two months. company also requires full payment upfront instead of placing deposit, unlike some other furniture stores. Will not recommend if you need your purchase urgently

I have requested for rectification for my Steven feature walls. The customer service team was prompted in their follow up. Instead of doing rectification works on the Steven wall feature, they initiated a 1-1 exchange for me. Such customer service is commendable.

I purchase 2 items including a customer sofa. The 2 dining chairs were in order and timely arrival. However, I am not satisfied with getting update that the sofa will be delayed for more than 1 month from the committed delivery date of 16 Oct 2021. At point of purchase , before I proceed, i indicated very clearly I will not want to wait if it’s beyond mid-Oct. Covid situation has been ongoing since 2020, it’s not fair to consumers to use that as a reason to under deliver on commitment to customers. Do revert on my query. Thank you

I've called the salesperson regarding the wardrobe doors that were not properly assembled. The rest are okay except 2 doors. Kindly arrange to have them fix up. Thank you.

I find the sofa i buy can be further improved in terms of fabric as it feels a bit warm after sitting down for long. And also its not as comfortable as it seems after sitting down for long.

take too long for delivery. The item is not cheap but not getting any better service like faster delivery etc

I'd called to make a change in delivery date and address but 0nky the change in delivery date was noted and not the address. Was asked to pay an additional $38 for rescheduling because they insisted I did not change the address. (I know I did) I paid the it since I guess it wasn't worth arguing over and they did deliver within the same day. The chairs came dirty and shakey. Even after informing the delivery guy he briefly adjusted the chair but did not fix it and went away (could be because the guard was waiting, I don't know). The table was great though...

The sales person Sebas is knowledgeable and friendly. However the delivery part was disastrous. I waited 5 hours.

The company should relook into their after delivery service. I am still waiting for the customer support to get back to me regarding the TV console despite leaving voice messages.

Delivered on time however disappointed because coffee table came with one side swollen with what looks like to be water infiltration. Too bad, I wanted to get more furniture there as I neeed a dining set but now I am hesitant.

Delivery is smooth but sofa came with wrong color stitching. Supposed to be white stitches but came in black.
