Item delayed twice. Asked for stand-in replacement due to delays. Was offered a white coffee table set, but delivered a pink & grey set. Totally matchless with concept & colour of our company. Follow up from salesperson was lacking with lacklustre attitude & unfriendly. I had to constantly call to check for updates. By far one of the most unpleasant experience encountered. You can be sure, Fullhouse won’t be on my recommended list to others.

Fullhouse has taken full payment and yet cannot deliver the products as promised despite months of chasing. Sebas has not being honest in his sales to the customers and always painted the picture that they can deliver the products. Sales team lead, Jaedon, has continuously avoided attending to customers reminders, chasers, enquiry with regards to fully paid orders. Fullhouse is scam shop and a disgrace to the local Singapore furnishing industry with such bad service.

My bed hydraulic is faulty since May 2021 and until now the issue is not resolved. Hello#1254 and Request#8826... I have purchased 2 beds and would like to purchase more for my new house but the after sales services make me seriously reconsider my options...

Total disappointment Item was delay for few month, DO NOT Recommend if you need the furniture urgently. Actual day delivery another total disappointment. Book the morning slot 9am to 2pm. Item was delivered 4.45pm. So what’s the use to book and wait stupidly at home ?

Your after sales support is ridiculous. There were scratches on the tv console when it was delivered. Jaedon Chai has already changed the delivery time twice, first time was because he said he did not receive any reply from me, but I’m fact I did reply to the Sales staff as advised by Jaedon himself to do so. Second time was because he accidentally booked a delivery on a public holiday, which I was told no delivery will be arranged on public holidays. I’m supposed to receive the exchange console tomorrow but up to now I haven’t received any email or sms to confirm what time the delivery is. It’s is now 6pm and there is no one answering the support phone call.

bad. bedframe suppose to arrive in sept, in the end shipment delay more than a month in oct. waste time. if communicated earlier wouldnt have bought from them

Canceled my order and have not receive refund after 7 weeks(which they promise within 14 days) Keeps saying they are having some issue, ask me to wait for another 14 days and wait…, still no refund. Finance site is not efficient! Very frustrated!

The quality of the products are terrible although the price is so high. out of 5 chairs that I bought for $120 each, 2 broke within the year. I asked for replacement and they say no more of such chairs. They tried to make me buy more items from them by giving me a refund voucher which can only be used in their shop. I had no choice but to do so but now my chairs all have different designs. Even the chairs that I bought for replacement was not the same as what was on the website and it came shaky and again had to be replaced. I has been a very stressful and terrible experience with them. Poor delivery service. They simply sent sms to inform the range of time so we tried to call and re-arrange timing. However, on the actual day, delivery man came at the wrong timing even though we called up to confirm. Best is when we told the delivery man, he was unhappy and refused to send to us thereafter.

Service and delivery was good at point of purchase but the quality of the product is so terrible. Just after one year of normal use and the wooden seam in the chair has cracked. And it’s not only one chair but two.. which clearly shows that it is not an issue with usage . I don’t even have kids who tilt the chair. Even my cheap chairs from another popular brand lasted much much longer

They deliver my sofa in july...the stitches came off the sofa saw tat on the first day they delivered sofa is woody children hurt themselves laying on it.... The headrest wood was flaky n the headrest came off loose.... I had called them there was the covid period so this year they afew times they keep saying email i never respond n after wards say pay $76 for transport they will pick up the sofa the man came took half the sofa n the headrest with metal buckle sticking out i did ask them to take the whold thing i paid for the transport the man say this part is ok they might destroy tat whil transport so better dont .... They did the stitch the next day the stitch came off again... Im sick n tired of emails i want u to callme n settlethe issue will be putting this up on social media if i dont get this issue solved!!!!!

We have sent multiple emails stating for images but did not receive a reply about it, so that led to some miscommunication about the collection of your sofa.
