There are two ways to unsub from our email updates. The Unsubscribe at the bottom of all our emails is a link that when clicked it will direct you were to go or contacting us direct through our online form. I'm happy to help you unsub. As you can imagine with online holiday shopping it can be hard to know what to say and do and how often to make yourself seen without being annoying. So sorry we got annoying. I will tell our email person not work so hard. Please let us know if there is any other way we could improve our services. ;o) Have a great Christmas!

“I placed my order last week with expedited shipping. Was suppose to receive the order this past Monday. Not received. Tracking number does not say where the package is or when it will arrive.

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for sending us your review. We checked on your order and it was shipped on 6/2. This order was shipped via USPS Priority mail and was estimated to take 3 to 4 business days to arrive which would have hopefully been by Tuesday 6/8. The tracking info does say it is still in transit and will be arriving later than expected. Unfortunately, once a package has shipped it is in the hands of the USPS and Covid-19 related delays are still effecting delivery times nationwide. Thank you for your patience and order!
