About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“Purchased a tv cabinet on line advertised with despatch and delivery in 2 to 3 days. Nearly 3 weeks later and delivery still not arrived. Contacted customer services and received polite replies but no delivery. Very disappointed.”

“I found this sideboard on the internet, after finding out that the one that matched my table was £1600.00, what could I lose. When it arrived and my husband assembled it, we were both surprised at the good quality and how nice it was for the price we payed. The delivery was excellent and even though the couriers, who FuniComp use said they couldn’t deliver for another week, because of the bank holiday, they managed to get it to me within two days, when I said I had guest coming from Australia. Excellent service and beautiful furniture. I’m now going to order the matching display cabinet. Mrs. Livesey”

“We ordered a large sideboard and on assembly found the high gloss top had a manufacturing error, there were no holes for the dowels and fixings. Sent a photograph of the item along with a contact number, Customer Support rang the next day, Monday, and sorted out a replacement within a couple of days, was sent out by there usual courier, arrived safely in perfect condition. Sideboard looks fabulous!”

“Furnicomp had my item for a more affordable price (as there was a sale) and delivered the item fine. However, I would have preferred more updates as I had to write to customer services to get an update on delivery. It was definitely not within a few working days which was what I expected after reading on the website. I would order from them again.”
