About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“Item itself is good but the delivery process is a absolutely a joke promised Within 10 days on the 10 th day send you an email to book a delivery then give you another 5 days until it's delivered So if you in a rush don't buy from here”

“Item was delayed as they ran out of stock which they did not inform me about until I sent an email to enquire about it. The actual wardrobe does not look bad but isn’t that strong and moves a lot when using, the material chips off VERY quickly easily revealing the brown MDF material underneath making the item look like it’s been through it despite being in the house for 2 days - definitely not worth £139, more like £80. Disappointed in the quality and the instructions are quite vague using only pictures, would definitely recommend a more detailed instruction manual”

“Unit is lovely however one piece e was damaged on arrival, I have contacted customer care and was told a replacement would be sent however this has not happened nor have I heard from the company I expect a replacement or money off as the chip as right at front bottom plinth”

“Very well packed although unfortunately there was slight corner damage which I can live with.easy to assemble.only downer was that no soft close device is provided as the doors annoyingly slam.”

“The little wardrobe fitted in nicely - I had perfect size for my limited space. Delivery was a bit slow but when I chased it the company sent it out promptly and it arrived quickly. Company were helpful with that issue.”

“The delivery was a day behind their promise, which is completely acceptable because of bank holiday. The customer service responded quickly and provided me a full visibility of what was happening, which is a huge plus. Although not the fault of FurniComp, it is worth mentioning that the delivery company drops the fairly-heavy (31kg) cabinet just at the entrance of my apartment so I need to lift it few floors up, which is not a pleasure experience. The cabinet looks idential to the photo, but I would not say it is the best quality though. For example, two of the boards slightly teared at the edge. The top and side boards won't come together without the screw come out of place. Most weirdly, two of the five screws that hold the foot onto the foot board, are too long that they are 'drilled' through the other side of the foot board.”

“Ordered this cabinet for my granddaughter for her trainers it arrived promptly my friend put this together for me and was amazed at the quality of the cabinet and how easy it was to follow instructions he said everything about it was first class. Would definitely recommend this cabinet looks very smart .”
