This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“The quality of the product is really good, I can't fault it. However, there are issues around assembling which could make things so much easier. I have recently purchased the TV cabinet - Esme Oak 2 Door 1 Drawer TV unit and the Klassy 2 Door Wardrobes. All look great now that they have been assembled. The wardrobes need at least 3 people when starting to put all of the pieces together. Some holding bits in place, whilst the other tightens the screws. It is also VERY heavy, so it might be useful to note that they will only deliver to a ground floor and there is an extra cost of £20 to have the boxes taken upstairs. We had to open the boxes downstairs and carry the wardrobe pieces upstairs in bits. The instructions, have images with labelled pieces - but nothing is actually labelled, including all of the screws etc and there are no words so basically, there is a lot of room for interpretation/opinion/guess work which can lead to mistakes and the building of the items taking far longer than they need to. The TV Cabinet wasn't difficult to put together, as there are not that many pieces, however the wardrobes took so long I very nearly lost the will. If things were labelled as they are in the instruction book, this would certainly help and improve this.”

“The shoe cupboard I bought was a nightmare to put together and the instructions were not great. Part of its already broken. I can't recommend the product. In terms of delivery and packaging that was absolutely fine.”

“Never having used FurniComp before i was a bit unsure of how the process of my order would go but I was more than pleased. Firstly, the furniture was really good quality and a lot of care was taken with the packaging to make sure it arrived undamaged. FurnComp customer service, although not available for phone contact, responded quickly to my queries about delivery. The only small thing I would say was that the delivery company could communicate more especially if its a larger item being delivered. I heard nothing until the day it was due to arrive which could have been a problem if no one was around to receive it. On a good note the delivery driver was hard working, friendly and helpful. Will definitly use again in the future. Thank you.”

“Im very happy with my purchase and i would have given 5 stars but the bottom underside of the unit is damaged.This is completely hidden when built but still disappointed.My purchase was very well packaged so i think it is a flaw before packaging.The laminated surface is actually cracked half of the length of the unit.Other than this im very happy with my purchase and would use FurniComp again.”

“Good delivery. Assembly straightforward. The unit looks very nice and is sturdy. Only wish that some shelves had been included. No problem - I made 2 and fitted one to each cupboard.”

“The white gloss wardrobe is beautiful, and attaches to the corner unit and then another single. A real space saver. Plenty of hanging. Extremely pleased and very sturdy. Would highly recommend.”
