About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“Ordered sideboard as it was advertised as glossy, which was what I wanted. It couldn't be further away from glossy. So disappointed. Just couldn't be bothered with the hassle of returning it. As it was similar style to what I wanted apart from it not being glossy, decided to keep it.”

“On my last review I was rather rash in giving a review before I checked my junk mail, if I had done, I would have found an email to advise me my order had been shipped, I won’t get caught out like that again, this is why I’m happy to report I received my beautiful TV stand, it arrived on time, the packaging was second to none, all parts were well protected with no missing fixings this TV stand was worth every penny it’s exactly what I wanted, I’d definitely buy from FurniComp again.”

“I was disappointed with the sideboard, in the fact that it was advertised as glossy , which was what I wanted. Unfortunately it's far from glossy. Very matt. After building it up, it was very unstable, had to remove the middle feet from it to make it safe. Couldn't go through the hassle of returning it. It doesn't really match my other furniture in dining room. So disappointed overall.”

“Ordered a tv unit which arrived in good time , after building unit, found out that top panel was warped and was very noticeable. I sent an email with pictures and video of issue which got no reply, sent another email following day which also got no reply. I have tried calling but no one available to take call and get cut off. UPDATE to this review, have since received a call and a new part will be supplied to replace top panel, very helpful 👍”

“Not seen the item yet, the delivery company has promised delivery 3 times but never got here due to various excuses. The last one was that the driver went out with his lorry but had to come back as his eyesight failed whilst out driving!!”

“Item arrived very badly damaged. Nearly every panel was split in the middle. Could not contact company on phone or online chat. Eventually contacted them via Instagram. I was offered replacement panels but since the majority where damaged I decided to return the item for a refund. My review is one star due to the poor quality of the item and the difficulty contacting the company by phone, chat and email.”
