About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“I ordered a single wardrobe which was dispatched promptly but severely let down by the crap courier. The wardrobe itself was reasonably easy to put together although instructions could have been a lot better. The quality of the wardrobe is reasonable although can't complain for the money. Before it was bolted to the wall it was extremely wobbly, but fine with the bolt. Would recommend this company for cheap furniture but please change your courier!!”

“Good price (£20 cheaper than the big name A->z). Easy to build. A couple of very minor chips on top of one of the doors (can barely notice now I’ve dabbed a touch of white paint on them). Delivery company arrived on the date and time they stated. Driver carried the two (heavy) boxes to the utility room. Overall very good experience.”

“I took it to the tip, cheap thin chip board, instructions were poor so much so that it was too difficult to put together in the end I lost patience , you need two People to put it together and written as well as picture instruction ! Don’t buy waste of money !”

“Lovely looking unit. The only thing we were disappointed in was the small white handles. I replaced these with concealed push latches. It makes all the difference - I don’t know why the manufacturer does not offer them as option. My wife said the supplied handles looked like tile spacers ! Concealed latches keep the smooth finish. Photos attached”

“I ordered two large items. The gentleman I dealt with had great product knowledge, offered suggestions and was very helpful. I was kept updated, as promised, and the goods arrived as per expected delivery dates. Delivery was spot on, I was advised of a date and then closer to the date, I was given a time slot, all good. As for the items … they are fabulous, exactly as described and the quality is superb, great value and stunning, high quality items. I”

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND FurniComp, I waited longer than it was shown when placing the order, the cabinet came damaged in several places, I wrote to them, told them to send photos and when I sent photos and described it, they did not respond. I was left with a damaged cupboard. The cupboard is generally very nice.”

“Great customer service they put my mind at rest in minutes when they resolved an issue with the delivery address. Small cracks to white backpanel caused when packing at factory but it's inside and you don't see it. Protection to boxes for delivery is the best I've ever seen. All in all , very happy.”
