About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“The ordering process was really simple and their website is easily navigated to find what you want. The only criticism is that the delivery was longer than stated. It said 7-9 days and it took 12 days otherwise it would have been 5 stars.”

“It’s a nice piece but very difficult to put together and so doesn’t look as good as it should. The handles are clunky”

“Love the finished product. Slight damage to one of the drawer fronts but this was quickly resolved with a replacement. Handle on one of the drawers didn't fit properly due to pre drilled holes being slightly out of place. We preferred the unit without handles so fitted internal push openers instead.”

“Beautiful furniture..only one issue the hinges that came with the TV unit ain't strong enough to carry the weight of the doors..cheep nickle hinges instead of steel .cost an extra £40 to rectify this issue”

“Received a request to review while I am still awaiting delivery of all items purchased. I believe there should be more communication between Furnicomp and choice of courier. My delivery ordered and paid for 29th may earliesr can be delivered 18th June as my order contains glass. Mind you if any of it is damaged ALL of the order is being returned and full refund expected, as all order was bought as a set of furniture. So lets hope when it arrives it will be ok.”

“Service was very good and the order was delivered within the time promised. The shoe cabinet arrived extremely well packed and in perfect condition. The quality is excellent and all the parts meshed perfectly. The finished product is so solid and of such good quality that it's almost overkill for the job it's designed to do and should last for many years. There are cheaper units available but the quality is often very poor. Well worth paying a little extra to get something this good. Highly recommended.”

“The prices and the delivery times are fine. The problem is the delivery company used by them refused to leave the parcel inside the building, even having all the accessibility needed. On top of that, the furniture purchased was of low quality.”

“Item itself is good but the delivery process is a absolutely a joke promised Within 10 days on the 10 th day send you an email to book a delivery then give you another 5 days until it's delivered So if you in a rush don't buy from here”

“Item was delayed as they ran out of stock which they did not inform me about until I sent an email to enquire about it. The actual wardrobe does not look bad but isn’t that strong and moves a lot when using, the material chips off VERY quickly easily revealing the brown MDF material underneath making the item look like it’s been through it despite being in the house for 2 days - definitely not worth £139, more like £80. Disappointed in the quality and the instructions are quite vague using only pictures, would definitely recommend a more detailed instruction manual”
