About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“Awful company! Quick to respond to emails to make a sale but ignore you when theres a problem. Furniture is very poor quality and was scratched in multiple places. Had to carry out a chargeback”

“I haven't yet opened my package so I will review the delivery. I didnt receive an email or a text message saying it was going to arrive today, 13th July. I have building work going on in my house at the moment so your driver was advised to leave the package in a safe place. He certainly did care where he left it, he barged into the young apprentice and rudely ignored the older worker. I am hoping that I will be happier with my package when my house is safer to open it.”

“I ordered the sienna TV unit and the matching sideboard, from placing the order to the day of delivery everything was perfect. Customer service were very efficient and the delivery day was a two hour time slot as promised. The furniture was packed to a very high standard with clear instructions and i assembled both units by myself ( 48 year old female nurse ). The matching units look stunning in my lounge and would highly recommend!! Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The package was very well wrapped so we were surprised to see item number 5 (x 2), both with cracks running down most of their length. All other pieces seem OK. Please advise on how you wish to proceed. Regards Maria Read”

“I love the furniture, it looks really classy and at a reasonable price. However, the pack on our bookcase was missing the stickers that cover up the screws on the top of the bookcase and despite repeated requests and promises that they would be sent, we are still waiting.”

“Ordered 2 cabinets, came flat packed (hence the 4 star) so i had to put it together which it was tricky and heavy as i had to do it by myself. However they look awesome and very nice looking and my friends find them as nice as i do... and let's not forget at a very reasonable price comparing with the likes of Furnitureland. Delivery took 7 days.”

“Asked to review before we have even received the product. This is a bit premature, particularly as the courier they use only delivers to some areas only once every 4 weeks even though they have taken the money. will update the review when the product is received, but going on current performance suspect it won't be more than 2 star”
