“Purchased the recolouring kit for leather three piece it took 2 days to complete and if you follow instructions you can't fail we are so impressed with the finished result and has saved us buying a new three piece just because the colour had faded”

“I was, probably wrongly, expecting this product to be better than the wipes you could buy from DFS. It isn't. Nothing to complain but nothing extraordinary either. Although I bought the bundle that costs 29.95£ & includes a cleaning cloth and a sponge, I didn't receive the sponge. I had separately ordered 5 sponges which I did receive.”

“Dirty marks still showed, cream coloured suite only use one chair. My suite isn't really sat on so most marks are on armchair used by me. I expected the chair to look better than it did, the marks are only everyday light marks, very disappointed ????”

Sorry to hear this didn’t perform as expected. It’s important to note that the Recolouring Balm that you’ve ordered is for absorbent leathers. We have other products for non-absorbent leather. The instructions and label advise of this and describe how to test your leather and what to do if you find that the balm is unsuitable.
