One of the slowest shipping processes I've seen in a while. It takes 7 days for them to fill the order and then another 14 days for it to be mailed (within the same country). After waiting 21 days the product arrived and it was only half filled. I had to call and they said they forgot to put the rest of the order in and I'd have to wait another 6 days, which is there fastest way of shipping. I have no idea if this product works, but the US store is poorly ran and if the product works like their customer service, then I waisted a month and got ripped off.

Sorry to have to say this but I'm not impressed with the products I have from you. Having followed the videos and product "how to use" instructions, my sofa, especially the arms where there was head grease, looks worse now than before I started. As it is Analine leather I used the foaming bottle, although it did foam it returns to liquid so quickly the cleaner doesn't do the job.

When we first began to order from Furniture Clinic at The New Forest and Hampshire County Show it was a brilliant product. It rejuvenated our leather furniture which dried up shiny and full of life. Unfortunately this has not been the case for the past two orders. The product has become heavy and difficult to apply and drys up to a dull and tacky finish and the application cloth now has the tendency to drag the colour out of the leather. This never used to happen. Whatever change has been made to the ingredients it has completely altered the performance. There may be no alternative but to go back to square one and search the market for a more suitable product.

I see that you have ordered the Leather Protection Cream. Although we have changed the recipe for this several years ago, most people prefer the new version. Its worth noting that the product should not be left to dry. As per the instructions, the Protection Cream should be applied sparingly and the excess should be buffed off after ten minutes. everything went well with my order up to my card been hacked then when investigated it I realised it was either your company that had been hacked or someone in your store as I have not ordered from anyone else they tried to get £300 of my card so I don't think I will order again

We’re sorry to hear that you have had trouble with your card. We take any issues of hacking very seriously and have looked into the details of your order to investigate further. We can see you ordered directly through the website so the card details for your order will have been taken by SagePay and not ourselves. They are one of the largest and most secure payment gateways used online and have not reported any issues so we can assure you this was not how your details were hacked. We hope you managed to get this resolved.

Dirty marks still showed, cream coloured suite only use one chair. My suite isn't really sat on so most marks are on armchair used by me. I expected the chair to look better than it did, the marks are only everyday light marks, very disappointed ????

Sorry to hear this didn’t perform as expected. It’s important to note that the product is a general cleaner only. It is not designed to remove stains or dye transfer from leather. The cleansing cream left the arms of the armchair discoloured. Now need to cover them up.

Hi, Thanks for getting in touch, sometimes, on rare occasions, if leather is already worn/weakened then rubbing it with anything (including Protection Cream/Leather Ultra Clean) can rub the colour off. Applied as per instructions to Mercedes car leather seats which appeared soiled. Very disappointed as no improvement was visible.

I received my leather cleaner and cream nourishing cream and both work perfectly well , however when they arrived the top of the leather cleaner had not been secured tight enough so consequently the bottle had leaked destroying the packaging . I had approx. 1 inch of cleaner left to use . Despite repeated emails to company I received no response, replacement or refund , very unhappy with after sales service will not use again.

The service and web site of Furniture Clinc is almost exellent, but the delivery services of Fed Ex (Finland) under all expectations. I am still waiting my package delivered 30.5.2014 (Order Reference 85081)? They have called once to my wife Wednesday 11.6 and promised to come next day at 14:30-16:00, but anybody was not appeared with delivery? I haven't got a delivery follow-up code or any contact number to Fed Ex for settle delivery time to my home. I have used delivery services of several other suppliers without any problems (fast, smooth and reliable) with car parts. The dispatching costs are also very high Delivery 41,24 GBP and Hazardous Surcharge 36,00 GBP. I am really disappointed this kind of delivery services! Best regards, Juha Näsi +358 405126114

Hello, We are sorry that your goods have not arrived in the allotted time. your order was placed on the evening of 29/05/14 and was processed and dispatched within 24 hours via Fedex using their priority service. On the 05/06/14 we received a call from Customs in Finland, asking for contact details for the purchaser, which we provided. It looks like there is some form of delay in getting your goods through Customs. bought this product after reading previous reviews. Although it was quite expensive I bought the pack but I really needed the stain remover to remove jeans stains from my cream leather dining room chairs. Followed the instructions to the letter using all the products in the kit, and only a very small amount of the dye came off. I have used the treatment to prevent further staining and it didn't work. Keep your money in your pocket. This product doesn't work.

Hello Mr. Thomas, It is disappointing to hear that you did not get the results you expected from our product. On the rare occasion we receive feedback from customers explaining that the Leather Ultra Clean did not work for them, it is, in the overwhelming majority of cases, because they are using it to treat a stubborn stain, rather than light staining and general dirt & grime. Leather Ultra Clean is designed for use as a general cleaner, formulated to remove light staining shortly after the event and a build up of dirt & grime. It is not formulated to tackle stubborn stains and will struggle with stains that are very old and ingrained. For this you will need Leather Stain Remover. The spray kit itself was brilliant, however, the colour match for my leather sofa did not match and the arm of the sofa i repaired is now more burgundy than brown. A lot of money to pay for something that has not turned out as expected.

As I have been asked to comment it was a rather disappointing & expensive experience. I originally ordered a leather repair kit along with some leather colorant balm. The balm turned out to be unsuitable but this was my fault as I had not tested the leather first to see if it was sealed. I returned this item with a request that it be credited against a small leather colorant kit with the difference to be charged to my card. After at least a week and hearing nothing I emailed twice on the 28th and 31st March to see if this was in hand but got NO REPLY. Then I saw a refund had been issued but I was still not sure if the right kit was on the way. This all wasted a lot of time with the seats out of the car. Eventually I ordered the medium leather colorant kit rather than the small as originally intended, as taking the advice of the website, which stated that the small kit was only suitable for only one car seat and I had two to do and I did not want any further delay or to run out half way through. This kit was far too large and I have ended up with about 75% of the kit unused which was largely wasted money at £62 which included what I thought was a high postage charge. On the positive side the chemicals generally worked OK and have improved the appearance of the seats.

General leather cleaner worked as well as other cleaners I had had, but the cleaner to remove the dye transfer from cushions onto the furniture did not even fade the dye let alone remove it.

Sometimes old or particulalry stubborn staining can be very difficult, if not impossible, to remove from leather; depending on how ingrained it is, the type of staining and the type of leather being treated. Inevitably in these instances, the leather may require more work (such as stripping back the manufacturers finish, treating the leather and then re-applying the finish in order to completely remove it.
