“Products that actually work! Our Aniline leather sofas were greasy and scuffed. 10 years of cats and wear and tear made them increasingly scruffy until we had to cover them with a throw! the leather de-greasing kit and the colour restorer worked wonders. Of course they don't look new - they are 10 years old - but they are a lot better and no longer an embarrassment! I would recommend these products. For some reason pictures are upside down???”

“I think your products are very good but I just couldn't get the colours mixed to match with the original colour. I read your instructions as to how to find a spare piece of leather and you would make the mix for me but my settee doesn't seem to have a paper at the back nor do the cushions have zips - sorry about that. I have attached a few photos where you can see how I haven't matched the colours but is there any way you could mix me a matching colour from those photos? I bought the leather repair kit as well as ultra clean and balm but haven't used them yet because of the colours not being right. hope you can help. Kevin Flynn (kflynn@flynnandcompany.co.uk)”

“Not only did the lovely Duncan give me very helpful advice by email, I was then able to use the leather degreasing liquid to renovate a leather sofa that had gone totally yukky. It's now lovely and shiny again. I also ordered the leather handbag renovation kit and restored my dearly loved cream handbag to more or less it's former glory. Great products and great company.”

“After a telephone discussion regarding my leather sofa which had the surface coating peeling I sent in a sample of the leather for colour matching, Duncan advised the small repair kit which contained everything necessary for the repair including step by step instructions. The result was outstanding and the damaged area is indistinguable from the original leather. I now feel confident that any future problems with my sofas can be easily dealt with using the remainder of the kit. Recommended.”

“Easy website. Better than Amazon's! Instant chatline help, too. Products arrived speedily (to Spain) and worked simply, effectively - and entirely as shown in the videos. Our ancient tan-leather suite, dry, cracked and crazed (not even good enough for the Charity Shop, we thought) now re-coloured and re-vitalised to make us feel we are sitting in a venerable Rolls-Royce! Wish we had taken Before-and-After photos to demonstrate the rebirth!”

“Purchased the leather touch up kit and repair kit to fill a hole about two inches squared. Very easy to use (you tube tutorial is very good). Used hairdryer to speed the process up which made it much quicker. TIP when colouring just put a very small amount of the base colour in to the cup provided (no more than up to the first line of the cup). After I mixed the brown with a bit of black to get a darker brown finish, I dabbed a bit of black on top of the brown to blend in with the rest of my sofa. So good you wouldn’t know it was there unless you were looking for it. Highly recommend.”

“The products I purchased worked well and although, on the face of it, they appeared expensive I felt they were value for money. Unfortunately Furniture Clinic made a complete mess of delivery. The first package included one item that was broken (cracked container) and had an item missing. The replacement package contained the wrong item. The third attempt was correct. However the response to my complaints was friendly and positive and these were, eventually, resolved. I think they did enough that I will use them again when I need this type of product.”

“Having tried many remedies without success to remove a white heat mark off my mahogany dining table I found this product on the internet and have to say the result is amazing in a couple of minutes my table is as good as new really impressed with Heat Mark and stain remover and it was delivered free”

“Brilliant customer service and fabulous products. Following my email exchanges with Anita, and providing a leather sample for colour match, my order arrived within a couple of days. My cream leather sofa had become scuffed and shabby looking and in need of colour restoration. The products came with detailed instructions and were easy use. I am thrilled with the finished result and have no hesitation in recommending the products to my friends.”

“Purchased the recolouring kit for leather three piece it took 2 days to complete and if you follow instructions you can't fail we are so impressed with the finished result and has saved us buying a new three piece just because the colour had faded”

“I wanted to restore our 10 year old 5 seater corner sofa. After all the prep work and base coat of sponge on colour I was finally ready to use the airbrush. Unfortunately after one cushion it stopped working. After many attempts at the common airbrush problems, I phoned Furniture Clinic. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! They decided I needed another airbrush and sent me one and 2 more cans of propellant free of charge, next day delivery. Wow, that's what I call fantastic service! I am thrilled to report that my sofa looks brand new. I even had enough kit to restore my parents recliners as well. Brilliant!”

“Purchased the Leather Colourant Kit, an Antique top coat, the Leather Binder and the Flexifil to use on a 26 year old chesterfield sofa. Followed instructions to the letter. I used the leather binder before using The flexifil. Both are very good products and did a great job of filling in the cracking on the arms of sofa. I found that although I did not colour match, the antique brown colour and top coat was a perfect match for my sofa. Seeing as I did not do the whole sofa, this was excellent as you cannot tell the areas that I treated from the original areas. Was totally delighted with the results. I would advise ordering a spare tin of gas propellant as I ran out and had to order another. Would definitely recommend both the products and the company. Duncan was available to give me any advice necessary. I must have drove him crazy with all the questions, but he never seemed to mind.”

“I had a much loved leather sofa with large cracks and flaking in one of the soft leather cushions. I bought a sofa repair kit and opted for colour matching for the colourant. I'm not a very patient handyman but the results were fantastic!! The service and email advice were superb. I saved £500 on a quote for the work. Cannot recommend Furniture Clinic highly enough for their products, service and advice.”
