I have had a nasty stain on my light brown leather sofa, i would recommend this company as they were very reliable, quick and very experienced. I can not praise the technicians enough. They are a well run company from 1st point when you are conta twd by the ladies in the office to Craig coming to quote then the technicians booked in to complete the job. Out standing company 5 stars. Thanks again for the great repair. Mrs Lightowler.

Prompt delivery welcome and the product purchased (leather dye) appears to have produced a satisfactory result colour-wise. However, it hasn't dried as satisfactorily as would be expected in that it still feels slightly tacky to the touch after over two weeks. I emailed the company to obtain their comments and advice on the matter but they have chosen not to respond!

"Terry face cloths 1 KG purchased from Furniture Clinic website to get free delivery - You will get around 12 halves of used hotel machinewashed white hand towels which are harder than a simple local supermarket face cloth. Waste of money. "Throwaway cloths" according to their advisor. "

The products I purchased worked well and although, on the face of it, they appeared expensive I felt they were value for money. Unfortunately Furniture Clinic made a complete mess of delivery. The first package included one item that was broken (cracked container) and had an item missing. The replacement package contained the wrong item. The third attempt was correct. However the response to my complaints was friendly and positive and these were, eventually, resolved. I think they did enough that I will use them again when I need this type of product.

I purchased the leather cleaner, bark brown balm and leather protector cream, £40 plus. I cleaned the leather as instructed, put on the dark brown balm, which initially looked lovely. When I rubbed in the balm it came off. I put more on and left it for three days, then buffed up, some of the colour stayed. I used the whole jar on a two seater chesterfield. I checked it was leather by looking at he underside and it was. I put on the leather protector cream and when I buffed it up more colour came off. I left a layer of protector cream on for two days and then gently buffed it up. I am going to add another layer of protective cream. The colour has faded so I am disappointed but glad I have treated the sofa as I now know it is protected. Wouldn't buy again if I'm honest.

Acceptable. Because I am awaiting the outcome of a warrantee claim. Sales people good but after sales service is always the key with any purchase.

Perhaps too early to tell. I'm not even sure what I expect to see. It just seems to be common sense to clean and nourish leather. The product allowed me to do this.

I was, probably wrongly, expecting this product to be better than the wipes you could buy from DFS. It isn't. Nothing to complain but nothing extraordinary either. Although I bought the bundle that costs 29.95£ & includes a cleaning cloth and a sponge, I didn't receive the sponge. I had separately ordered 5 sponges which I did receive.

I thought the product a first was great, however I have started to notice pale blue patches where I have cleaned and these do not seem to have gone away in fact each time I clean my sofa with the products I have purchased, these patches are appearing elsewhere. Is this reversible I wonder?

The products were easy to use, and having sent a sample, the colour match was good. I had to buy more propellant for spraying - twice supplied quantity needed. The initial results were good, although a leather grain imprinter would have made them better. However, after only 9 months the cracks started to reappear in the worst of the treated areas, and they are getting increasingly bad - disappointing considering the cost.

Every time i visit you'r premise's it becomes a long drawn our affair , you arrive and press a button and await a member of staff to descend, they by the way are always polite and friendly, you give them the order and off they go back up the stairs, then what seems like an eternity goes by and said member of staff returns invoice in hand, they attempt to get the debit card machine to work then when it dosent up the stairs we both go, once payment has been made back down the stairs to wait for the order to get picked. what i would like to walk into is a permanently staffed shop with product on display and a permanent debit card machine that works, then i can pick a large part of my order myself, probably spot other things that i don't really need and buy them anyway, (spontaneous purchase) professional retailers make millions every year form this, if you haven't got retail experience buy it you will get your money back ten times over, having spent time in retail and also Business consultancy i'l come and sort it for you for a fee.

The side of our business that deals with product sales is firmly rooted in e-commerce, with 99.9% of our orders being internet based, we find this business model allows us to keep our costs, and therefore our prices, low. We do offer the option to purchase and collect products from our head office for those within travelling distance, but we do not operate as a bricks and mortar retailer. Many of our products are also custom made, including colour matches etc, for customers, and are therefore unsuited to an 'off the shelf' retail model. In an effort to bring our products to a national and international market, while keeping overheads, costs and prices to a minimum we have found the best position for us is as an e-commerce business. To cut down on waiting time, you can always order online and have the product delivered or collect yourself when it is ready, this way you can save a little bit of time. hi here is my story .after I sent over the sample of leather for the colour match i received the complete kit to re spray my leather suite cushions which is a wine colour,the instructions were easy to follow and I re sprayed what I had to and I was impressed the colour was a perfect match however after applying the sealer it changed the colour from wine to brown /now I have a two tone leather suite ,I did forward photos over and I rang but what could be done now and they never followed up or rang I was told to re spray the whole suite but be warned you would need a work shop to do it/ I hope this helps

The leather colourant stays tacky until the clear coat is applied so it's nearly impossible to stop debris settling on the leather between coats. Also I was promised a refund for the leather cleaner I purchased as I went on to purchase the leather colour kit however the refund never materialised!!

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. It is true and perfectly normal, that the colour is tacky until the finish is applied. However, applying the finish only takes five minutes (with a hairdryer) to dry each coat. This limited exposure is normally adequate to remove any danger of contamination. We would however advise, that you carry out the work in as clean an environment as possible, to avoid this problem. If there is a lot of dust and contaminants in the air when you are carrying out the work then this may result in some problems. Concerning the refund, one of our advisors has checked your order details. We have no record of your contact with the office for this refund, but did find that you left a note in the 'delivery notes' section of a more recent order requesting a refund. This section is for delivery notes and unless specifically checked (as in this instance) by one of our advisors, is only seen by the courier. This is the reason for the delay to your refund, we normally process such requests very quickly. Your refund has now been issued by PayPal. We hope this is a satisfactory solution for you.

item did the job excellent , however i paid for next day delivery & the item took 6 days to arrive !!!! i emailed company re; refund for postage, two weeks waiting & still to date, i'm waiting for reply to my email & still haven't received refund of postage,

Don't reckon much to the cleaning product as didn't work on stubborn stains like hot chocolate splashes, protector really good only need a small amount for a reasonable size portion of my sofa. Nice finish.

Hello Ms. Goodwin, We are really pleased you liked our Leather Protection Cream, but sorry to hear our Leather Ultra Clean did not work as you expected. The Leather Ultra Clean is a powerful and effective general cleaner for leather, but is designed for use on general dirt, grime and light staining. For more stubborn stains such as oil, chocolate, dye etc, Leather Stain Remover may be required. This is a powerful stain remover and should do the trick. Often with food and oil based stains you can get a build up of dirt and grease in the leather, this will cause it to feel slightly tacky to the touch and often shows up as dark patches around the affected area. In these cases, you will need to draw the grease out using our Leather Degreaser to solve the problem but this is a more time consuming process and is only required if grease has penetrated the surface. I think the products and instructions are good. My big problem was using the spray gun and air canister to apply the leather colour and lacquer. It just kept blocking and spluttering. Impossible in my opinion and in the end I resorted to using a paint brush which has not given a perfect result but it is the best I could achieve. Next time I would pay to have my leather repaired by a professional.
