Potentiel futur client français, je vous conseil de lire ce message. J'ai acheté début janvier 2020 des produits pour réparer mon canapé en cuir. J'ai payé 64.95 € TTC et 9.95 € de frais de port. J'ai bien reçu ma commande et les produits étaient conformes à me attentes. Par contre, 3 mois après je reçois une facture UPS de 33 € sans aucune explication ou justification, je comprends jute que ce sont des taxes supplémentaires appliquées sur mon colis. Je contacte alors Furniture Clinic qui trouve ça tout à fait normal. Pourtant à aucun moment dans le processus d'achat ces frais supplémentaires ont été abordés ou estimés. Par contre, il n'oublie pas de vous faire payer un montant TTC (Toutes taxes comprises) et bien sur des frais de port déja conséquent. Bref si vous n'habitez pas en Angleterre, n'achetez pas chez eux, vous aurez autant de frais de port que de produits et ce marchand en aura globalement rien à faire.

Furniture Clinic Contracted to replace Leather Seating  and 1 arm with New Green Leather Hide on 2 Suites and were supposed to colour match remaining leather to the New Leather. After numerous delays and problems suites delivered. After several days seating  peeling , they had actually sprayed colourant onto whole suites.Two failed repairs later there solution is to keep calling out and respray the Seating which as mentioned should have came from supplier ready finished and the rest of suites colour matched to it. I've owned several suites and no leather has ever peeled mabye scratched or scuffed in time but never peeled.

This company has serious issues with customer service and very poor delivery service. As a client of theirs I got screwed over once too many times and found myself a new supplier and I have never looked back!

I ordered a simple product and unfortunately the item delivered was not the one ordered. You might think as I did that these things happen and this would be easily rectified – not so with Furniture Clinic. I have sent three emails over the past 9 days but for some reason they have decided not to respond and correct their error. I have checked my spam box for missed mails and my last email advised that I would not chase them any longer to correct their error over such a low value item, but would instead warn others about ordering from them – they are yet to respond. In summary – Shop somewhere else & do not order from this company. They do not communicate and their customer service is non-existent.

How can a product as a simple leather repair kit be back ordered for months? Will not ship items they have in stock that I ordered when notified of back ordered product. Unacceptable business practice. Need to gonelsewhere.

waste of time and money. I son't like to give 1 star to any company but this company don't deserve 1 star as well reasons are below 1) Spent 300 quid for buying colour and other product for colour the sofa 2) Colour is not changed but made it worse 3) before paint I was able to sell my sofa in £500 4) After colour sofa is gone to bin 5) Spent at-least 7 -10 days for this hard work 6) End of the 10 days I need to put these sofa in the bin and I bought new sofa 7) Contacted them to get back not used item but they refused 8) even they charge a lot amount for a small product 9) waste of time 10) 500% waste of money

This cleaning product destroyed my couch. I cleaned my couch with is general cleaner and it took the finish off the couch and messed up the color. I reach out to the company for help fixing it and got nothing but a lecture as to how I must have done something wrong and good luck fixing it. Very disappointed and out $2.000 on a couch. Product is garbage and customer service is a joke.

I have an warranty with them and all the claims I have made gets rejected. They always seem to find a reason to reject my claim. i.e. how did the sofa rip? my response was, I am not sure as I don't survellieane the sofa 24/7. one day I noticed a small tear. It got rejected because I didn't know how it ripped. that's my most recent experience. Their warranty/ 5 year care package is BOGUS!

After many attempts to arrange for a repair on my car seat no response. As requested pictures sent and only reply is we will forward request to local technician who will get in touch with me. Oh no he won't. I have had a good repair carried out by a competitor. Very disappointing - don't waste your time.

Not impressed. I applied online for quotation. Gave the details of my area. They asked me to send the pictures again and took my personal details. After few days they sent an email that they do not have technician in our area.

I was sold an extra large colour kit and I was told I would have it by the weekend. Nothing arrived so I contacted them on the 20t June The response Thank you for your recent enquiry. I have looked into this for you and it seems that the flexifil is currently in the process of being manufactured and it is not yet ready for dispatch. Please look out for a further email from us confirming that the order has been dispatched.   Apologies for any inconvenience caused.     Kind Regards, Anita Ith, Ok so I waited until the following Friday still nothing so we rang again but this time we were told it was the containers for the flexi fill they were waiting for. If a company is aware they do not have a product available it is wrong to then sell that product as in stock and debit the card knowing full well they can not for fill the order. Very disappointed and more so that we had to ring and they did not have the common curtesy to call us about there problem.

Delivery was later than the maximum 5 days advertised. The leather cleaning product was totally useless and actually made the stain seem significantly worse - a total waste of time and money.

Sorry to hear this didn’t perform as expected. It’s important to note that the Recolouring Balm that you’ve ordered is for absorbent leathers. We have other products for non-absorbent leather. The instructions and label advise of this and describe how to test your leather and what to do if you find that the balm is unsuitable. No idea what the product is like but their communication sucks. Ordered on September 30th, paid for 48 hour delivery - then total radio silence. Opened a paypal dispute - no response escalated to a claim - no response Now waiting another week for Paypal to refund me.. Still no response to my messages... dreadful service.

Good first impression as I got a response to my query quickly, and an appointment was made at the time I wanted, between 8 and 10am. However at 9:55 I received a phone call to inform me that the salesman would be late as an expected delivery hadn't turned up and he had to wait for it. This was rather annoying as I had another appointment afterwards which I then had to cancel. The salesman was very polite, but it is now just under three weeks later and I am still waiting for a quote. This company is unreliable so I will not use them even if I do eventually get a good quote.

Came to repair sofas. Charged £500. After a couple of days colour started peeling despite a year's workmanship guarantee. Phone back the company and keep getting fobbed off with "I call you back". No one has. Sofas look worse than before they were coloured. Will never use them agsin.
