“It was really good to buy a product that did exactly what was shown on the website. Cleaned my leather sofa with little effort and an amazing result. Will definitely order some more for future use.”

“Good advice following an email consultation with Anita Ith. The products arrived promptly. I needed to recolour some cushions. The colourant was applied and left to dry. The 'sealer' then applied seemed to lift off all the colour, but thankfully it is water-based. Nevertheless, the final result has done what I wanted. F/C Franchise in Epping wanted to replace the complete panels x 2 @£250, so money well spent from that point of view. Not as good as the adverts, but acceptable!”

“Perhaps too early to tell. I'm not even sure what I expect to see. It just seems to be common sense to clean and nourish leather. The product allowed me to do this.”

“Sorry to have to say this but I'm not impressed with the products I have from you. Having followed the videos and product "how to use" instructions, my sofa, especially the arms where there was head grease, looks worse now than before I started. As it is Analine leather I used the foaming bottle, although it did foam it returns to liquid so quickly the cleaner doesn't do the job.”

“Brilliant customer service and fabulous products. Following my email exchanges with Anita, and providing a leather sample for colour match, my order arrived within a couple of days. My cream leather sofa had become scuffed and shabby looking and in need of colour restoration. The products came with detailed instructions and were easy use. I am thrilled with the finished result and have no hesitation in recommending the products to my friends.”

“How rare to find a company providing such great service (personal advice) and great products that do exactly what they say they are supposed to do. The folk at FC exchanged many emails with me (including looking at photos that I sent) before advising me what action to take to restore our much loved 15 year old leather sofas. They suggested that I try the simple method first and if that did not work to go for the more complicated (and expensive) route next. The simple solution worked a treat!! The sofas now look like new and every time I look at them I think of the good people at Furniture Clinic. Bravo!! Simon”

“It was easy to use the website to place an online order. Delivery was quick (Quicker than anticipated). Item was packaged well and does what it is intended to do.I ordered leather protection cream cleaner.Would recommend company and will use again when another bottle is required!”
