Absolutely rubbish furniture worst I’ve ever purchased in 50 years leather sofa stitching came away after just over a year even though it was hardly used. Customer service didn’t want to know.Please do not buy from them.

Stay away! Bought sofas and dinning table with 4 chairs. Sofas were in stock however the table wasn’t so because I placed an order for all of them in one go I had to wait for the table to come in stock so they would dispatch it all together. When the table finally arrived in stock they delivered a week later, the table without chairs. Upon unpacking it turned out the table hadn’t had threads so you couldn’t attach the base, also it wasn’t marble as advertised it was a fake cheap marble! no chairs either (they’ve been sent to the wrong warehouse). Spoke to customer services, asked them to collect the table and sofas, as sofas were not what it was expected, very hard and you could see the white terrible stitching all the way around them, cheaply made. They’ve booked the collection but wouldn’t give us any slot time. Collected it and told us the chairs have been cancelled too. Guess what 3 days later delivery guy is ringing me to tell me he’s outside and got my chairs 😂 These people have no idea what they’re doing. Avoid.

first customer services.Between 20-40 minutes to ans phone promises to ring you back in a few minutes never do.WASTE OF SPACE. Supposed to deliver suite on Fri 24 would receive text message day before.NO TEXT. Contacted company Monday told delivery Tues offered 20.00 discount.Contacted said sorry forgot to put on lorry.Company phoned me to tell me it was confirmed will be Tues,GUESS WHAT GOT DELIVERED MONDAY .THEY ARE TOTALLY USELESS.DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE

Bought a table last year off these cowboys, the table after 15 months, the table is bubbling. Wrote to them, not interested. Table over one year old, waffle waffle.

I bought a table, 6 chairs and a bed from the website in last week. I changed the chair model because it was out of stock and I needed it urgently. As I can't understand why, the authorized person in the chat section returned two more chairs, apart from the £60 difference in price. They sent me an e-mail and asked for a return of £150, which was the wrong return. They say that even though I made the payment and emailed the receipt, they could not get my order out on the same day, and that the fee would be transferred to their account in 3-5 days. They don't understand even though I've repeatedly told them it was their fault, the urgency of the situation, because I just moved to London and I don't have any belongings. In short, the customer service is AWFUL! If you're going to shop, think again.

Ordered a sofa in June 2021 and delivery was for late August,anyway had email in July telling me it will now be delivered in September, I thought ok no big deal,then got another email in early August saying delivery October, I rang them and they said there is a issue getting furniture out of the country but please hold on,then late August another email saying delivery now mid January lol So 6 months from order to delivery date and I bet if I hang on,that date will change again,and after reading all the negative reviews about furniture quality,I'm going to cancel and get my money back and go elsewhere

I bought a settee from Furniture and Choice and have only been using it for 6 months and the cushion on the side that I sit on has dipped to the extent that I now have to put a folded blanket in the dip to stop me from sitting slanted. Their technician came out to have a look and agreed that there was a dip on the one side of the cushion and said that it was the foam that has lost volume. I am 5ft 7 and weigh 60kgs, so am hardly overweight. The technician said that a good settee should last years, but because the foam losing volume is not considered a manufacturing fault, there is nothing that can be done. I will now have to continue using a folded blanket to simulate a full cushion. Not a good experience at all and I would not recommend Furniture and Choice, if you want a settee that will last you a good few years at least.

The sofas I bought looked lovely but are really uncomfortable and hard. Customer services were quick to respond but wouldn’t do anything as it was past their 30 day return policy. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything without being able to see what they are like in reality. Wasted £1000!!!

Bought a mink cord corner sofa in March 2021 and I haven’t even had it 6 months, it’s completely misshapen, uncomfortable, you can feel the wood in the armrests, under the seats and on the neck area at the back! I called them and they said as it’s out of 30day warranty, so nothing can be done! Eventually after a bit of begging, they agreed to send an engineer from home serve who stated it’s not a manufacturer issue and basically agreed it is just made to a bad standard amd that furniture and choice will put it right regardless- however he couldn’t do it there and then as he didn’t have the equipment with him on the day!!! He said he has to add to the report that it is not a manufacturer issue though!!! And that F&C will be in touch with solutions and it should be corrected - as expected F&C sent an email saying as no manufacturer issue they closing the case!!! therefore furniture and choice would not admit that they sold a poorly made - bad quality sofa which retails at £1499/ currently on sale at £1299! So that’s customer service for you! Stay away and spend your hard earned money on a company that will look after you when you most needed! (AFTERCARE IS VITAL) oh and you cannot view the reviews on the item before or after purchasing! So you basically buying a product that looks good online and won’t even last 1year!

i bought the rochester suite 2 and 3 seat settees in ivory bonded leather in 2017 it is now peeling and flaking off wherever we sit, there are 2 of us, non smokers and no pets. It looks dreadful, it was a good price but i would expect the suite to last longer than 4 years. It was false economy to get the suite if this is what happens after just a few years. Every day now i am hoovering up bits of bonded leather from the carpet. The company sd there is nothing they can do because i didnt buy an extended warranty !

Hi I am very sad my sofa is bad automatic pint off.this not good quality leather.when I did complain so she said this not manufacturing fault. I cant do any things.i buy sofa 1 month ago expensive sofa £938.89.i am very stressful.

Dreadful quality of product. Purchased a sofa with leather peeling off within 15 months of purchase. Very little use, one person in houshold, no children or pets. They sent a technician who said "no manufacturing fault" No customer service whatsoever, clearly this happens frequently DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order in May expecting it to be delivered in July. Now, it has been postponed several times and it will not be arriving until mid October, five months after I ordered it. Outrageous!!

Rubbish sofas and they won’t do anything about it. Pealing off, leather splitting…horrible looking before 1 year. Do not buy from them. Customer service very arrogant.

Do not buy from this company 13 months old sofa and they won't do anything about it, a spring has come through just by sitting on it and it's held down by the fabric, do not buy from this company they will not help with safety concerns for my 1.5 year old and it's at the front of the sofa at his eye hight and could pick through but as it's 1 month over manufacturers warranty they won't do anything about it.

Absolutely shambolic! Headboard went missing, was not delivered, one box that did arrive was broken. They refused to refund me and kept houndred's of pounds. They said they could only refund once they had the delivered items back. They arranged pick up but then did not turn up and still refused a refund until I threatended with legal actions and trading standards. Fraudulent and criminal company! Avoid at all cost!

Ordered some bedside tables two months ago. They delivered the wrong ones. Arranged another date for delivery and kept getting an automated txt with no choice for delivery- if you refuse the requested date you have to wait another 7 days for another date that may not even suit your needs. Then, when a delivery for collection and delivery of correct item they went to a completely different address. Had to wait for another delivery date. Waited a week and still no delivery date requested. Sent a message to ask for a refund and I’m still having issues getting these incorrect items collected- absolute nightmare Of a company to deal with! I’m actually surprised if they ever get anything right!

THE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with. Waited months for a dining table and chairs to be delivered. Finally delivered damaged I had to wait a month for a replacement meanwhile all the extremely large boxes were left in my kitchen. I was advised to make up the chairs to make sure they were not damaged. Waited for replacement table which arrived damaged. Asked the company to collect as I was not prepared to wait for another damaged table to arrive. They did not collect chairs as I no longer have the boxes so now they are sending packing for me to disassemble chairs and repack for them to collect. I offered to purchase the chairs but they quoted an exorbatant price as the quality of the chairs is poor I am not prepared to pay such an amount especially given the trouble I have had. They will not consider any compensation for not being able to use my room for 5 weeks nor for the trouble of repacking etc. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I don't know how they can remain in business.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE – 0 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Let me start by saying that if your purchase arrives on time and undamaged then I’m sure you would have a very good experience. However, it’s when things don’t go so smoothly that you learn who the companies that really value their customers are, and Furniture Choice have evidenced that they most definitely do not fall into this category. Having purchased a marble dining table and 6 chairs on January 5th, delivery was finally made on April 1st. Upon opening the box, one corner of the table was considerably damaged. The irony being that this corner of the box was marked “fragile corner handle with care”. That it was extensively damaged was hardly surprising given that there was no bubble wrap whatsoever, nor any form of protection in the packaging bar a couple of flimsy bits of polystyrene. I phoned up customer services, and was advised I’d be required to email photos of the damage over, which I did. I was then told that despite the fact that the damage was unequivocally visible, I’d have to take the marble table, weighing approximately 60kg out the packaging to send further photos. Oh, but it gets better, I’d then need to put it back, and repackage it in order for the delivery company to accept it, before obtaining a refund. Furthermore, I’d have to wait 8 days, until 9th April for a courier to come and collect the damaged goods, meaning for 8 days I’d have 6 large cardboard boxes taking up my dining room. The courier company also turned up outside the allotted two hour window I was given, and advised that had I not been in they wouldn’t have returned. Lucky I was in hey. Furniture Choice attempted to claim this was outside of their control, almost unaware of the fact that they pay DX to courier their products, meaning they are fully responsible. Anyway, we digress, back to the matter in hand. Having booked a day off work to await delivery of the table, unpacked and repacked my damaged table I’d waited 3 months for, and booked a second day off work to await collection of the damaged table, I’m now told that a replacement isn’t available until August. As you can imagine, having already waited 3 months, I wasn’t prepared to wait a further 4, so asked for this to be escalated. I was called back by someone purporting to be a senior director, who had the interpersonal skills of a caged lion, and to all intents and purposes said you’re getting your refund now clear off. Now while I accept that Furniture Choice have adhered to their terms and conditions, and are not in any way in breach of them, to me, a good company isn’t one that hides behind its terms and conditions, but one that wants to ensure its customer has received a good experience, one that does everything in its power to retain their custom, and provide a good after service. There was no “We’re sorry for your poor experience, what would you like us to do to put it right”, or “yes the system says we can’t get a replacement until August let me see what I can do”. Poor, very poor, and if this review persuades just one person not to give their custom to furniture choice for fear of having a similar experience, then it has done its job.
