Avoid buying here products atrocious, after care even worse,I will never shop or recommend this company, I need two new sofas in Less than 2 years, the company has only refund part payment after waiting more than six months for them to repair them.

Bought a two and three seater leather sofas from Furniture Choice in November 2017. They recommended taking out 5 year Stainguard 5 year warranty insurance Diamond cover at £125 upfront payment. The sofas started peeling and flaking at the end of last year. Terrible state. Stainguard (now Homeserve) refused claim. Said policy did not cover peeling and flaking of leather. Like you Adebago and Anonymous these leather sofas are rubbish. To think I paid all that money for insurance upfront and cannot claim anything. I will never buy anything from this company ever again.

The sofa we bought from this website only last for 2years . It started to chip all over it . The leather quality is very bad . We bought fabric to cover it which it’s not nice at all. Because we cant afford to buy a new sofa. I won’t buy from them anymore .

Terrible experience. Products inititially looked great on arrival but barely lasted a year. I purchased a sofa set and dining set, all of which looked 15 years old after 1 year. Extended warranty is no use to anyone, so much fine print that it's impossible to pass a claim.

TERRIBLE DO NOT BUY I purchased a dining table and 4 kensington knocker chairs. Eventually after a long wait which kept getting extended it arrived just after 8.30 this morning. We opened the packaging for the chairs - two chairs in each box. Of the four chairs 3 of them had scratches or dents in the wooden legs. On the back of one of the chairs the knocker plate was hanging off. I didnt even bother to open the packaging for the table I had seen enough. I phoned as soon as their lines were open and told them about the damage and they have arranged to collect it to go bk in a weeks time. Very disappointed.

Shocking service! After being promised my order on 2 separate occasions I was then told again on the day I was meant to get it that it’s not coming. After being let down 3 times they still couldn’t give me a date when it will arrive.

This company misleads there customers Don’t send the goods on delivery date You agree with them . Bad customer Service lie customers on phone. Waiting On my refund as I did not receive good s I ordered on date agreed. I do not highly recommend this company Will never order again from this company as I am not satisfied with the way my Order was handled . No contact had to Contact the company as my goods Did not arrive on the date agreed

Awful experience with this company. Purchased a dining room table with 6 chairs and was told that I needed to purchase 2 extended warranties as the warranty only covers 4 chairs.. abrupt and rude customer service staff, will not be shopping here again.

Shocking service, was given a delivery date and package never showed up. Was told that the driver missed my stop so rearranged for a week later. The date was changed without notice to a day later so phoned to see if there was a mistake and this time was told that the package had only just turned up in the warehouse so I was lied to the first time around. Package didn’t show up again, and was rearranged for a later date and I was not notified. Decided to cancel the order, advise people not to bother with these time wasters and liars.

Delivery don’t waste time ordering from her.!I waited in all day for delivery of table table top appeared no legs !! .now to take another day off work to see if legs arrive tomorrow.have never ordered from here and definitely won’t be using them again.

Dont buy from Furniture and Choice. I bought a Hudson round extending table and 4 Duke oatmeal chairs. The 2 chairs were marked with dirty marks which did come off. One chair the stitching was not attached to the material and one chair leg damaged. After lots of discussions they compensated me £100 sent a new replacement leg and a whole new chair. On Christmas eve lunch one of the legs on the chairs broke. Again after lots of discussions the chairs are being returned for credit less the compensation. They are now waiting for collection on 11th January. The table has 3 small dents in it which we didn't find till we opened the extension and also when the light reflects on the table there is about an 1.5" strip where the veneer is lifting. We are waiting a technician as they wouldn't take the table back even though we bought it as a set. Which Citizens Advice say really it should all go back. So No please do not buy from them. The customer service staff are excellent very helpful and polite. It's the furniture and their policies which are rubbish.

Don’t buy from this company. I ordered a sofa which was damaged when delievered. I was refused a refund and repairs stil not done by 4 months. Never buy from here again.

Had problems since day 1. We were given a delivery date and it didn't turn up so I spoke to customer service who assured me it would be delivered the following day. It didn't turn up for a second time so wasted 2 days sitting in for nothing. Customer services failed to let me know either time that it wasn't going to be delivered. When it did arrive it was less than 3 months before it was getting chips in and the gloss was coming off. I complained to furniture and choice and they sent a technician out who said it was well looked after but the damage was through normal wear and tear after 8 months (we haven't had it 8 months, we've had it 3). So I complained again and was told I'd have to pay for a certified technician to re do the assessment if I wanted anything done about it. Completely disappointed and awful customer service. Avoid!

I bought a king size TV bed 13 months ago and the gas strut which controls the TV has dramatically failed ALREADY!!! I contacted the company asking for a replacement strut knowing my 12 month has expired and was told there was nothing they could do. I explained to them that I'm willing to pay for a replacement strut but they continued to tell me that there was nothing they could do because they're warehouse is in Malaysia. They told me that if ANY part of the TV mechanism fails then the entire foot end of the bed needs to be replaced but because I'm out of warranty they can't help me... RIDICULOUS!!!! The only part that needs replacing is the strut and unfortunately I can't find a company anywhere that makes 1 metre long struts meaning they use individual parts which they can't replace WHEN they brake. After a 45 minute live chat conversation and after repeatedly asking them to give me any contact information from the manufacturer's of the beds they still kept telling me that they are the manufacturer and they source parts to order but aren't able to order the part I need, even though I was offering to pay for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrendous after service!!!!!!!!!! Now I have a TV bed that is surplus to requirements for what I bought it for. Now I have to spend hundreds of pounds to replace the bed from a reputable company that is able to replace broken parts. I'm literally shocked at the level of customer service this company offers! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 sofas in October and their website stated stock due in mid November which was perfect as we were have some renovation done. Imagine my surprise when I get an email one day later to say they are on route! A call was made and the delivery postponed until 22nd November, confirmation received 4 times via emails. The 22nd arrives and no contact at all, so I ring to check the eta to discover there are no sofas, they was sent back sometime in early November AND NO-ONE KNOWS WHY! Oh and by the way they are out of stock until January or February (we are not sure) This company have taken incompetence to a whole new level. The only thing they have got correct is to manage to issue a refund. Yes sir, I know we've had over a thousand pounds of your money for over a month but we don't compensate! DO NOT TOUCH THEM THEY ARE INCOMPETENT BEYOND BELIEF

Would never order again from this company. Ordered a table and chairs in February it only came in September all in different boxes legs missing of the table. Made my health really bad me and children sat on the floor for months. Keep away!!

Waste of space. Warning keep away. I ordered table and 4 chairs. A week later table and 2 chairs arrived. Opened table all damaged. Opened chairs all damaged. I have to wait a week for they come and collect. Asked for a refund no reply. That was a week ago. Still not heard. I am mad can’t get my refund.

I beginning to wonder why I even bother to order from funiture and choice I placed my Order on 8/08/2021 was expected to my order instock by 8th of Oct but was told my order been delayed and they won't get back in stock until 24th Jan2022 I thought OK can't be helped gave them benefit of a doubt I accepted this. then a few weeks ago I been push further back to 8th March 2022 I'm paid over £1000 pounds for this I now can't see my order on their website I don't know what to do? as I liked my furniture I ordered but being treated like a scapegoat. I have been offered my money back or choose another type of furniture but I want what I ordered but fear if I don't receive my three piece suite in March 2022 or get push further back I will have no choice but to get a total refund and look elsewhere it funny how I can't see what I order on there website anymore. Also I wish they could say because of delays and inconvenience we give you some of money back as compensation but got none of this from customers service I going to make a formal complaint to retail ombudsman if this mater continues but I warning ⚠️ any one who attempts to buy from furniture and choice this is what they do to their customers and treat them with no respect by not giving them answers to why they feel they got do this. And not give them the stuff they order waiting over 6 months in my eyes is unacceptable. But it might get push further back. I'm so 😡
