“Wish I could give less than a star....bought from Walmart, didn't even realize it was a third party seller until after the fact. There was no foam in the middle of my mattress and they wouldn't refund me or call me. No number provided for me to even call them. Furthermore, I left a review on the product on Walmarts website and unlike the responses to my emails this was swiftly deleted. Shows up as only 5 stars (very sketchy). I disputed the charges with my cc as I never got my refund. I also bought a thicker better mattress from amazon for cheaper!”
“I booked 3 mattresses with this seller through best buy. They accepted the order, charged my credit card and after 1 week I see in the shipment status as shipment cancelled. They did not even inform me about the order cancellation. I was traveling with kids from another country to this new house where I was supposed to get the mattresses delivered. It caused me so much inconvenience.
These guys are very unprofessional. Please do not get tempted by their false discounts. They give a pathetic service and painful end.”
“Not impressed. I ordered my mattress 10 days ago and it still has not shipped. The funny thing is, they called me the next day of my order and said this "we have sent your UPS tracking number to your email and the truck is on the way now to pick it up". So here I am trying to track this thing for 7 days and it still only said label created. So I called Furniture Mattress Direct to see what was happening. To my surprise, the rep comes back with oh, "ya it hasn't shipped we have some local place that makes the mattresses and its delayed and it should be shipping tomorrow or Wednesday". As I was talking and trying to express my disappointment after someone had already called me to tell me it was being picked up right away and getting shipped... all I got was a sorry ok bye". I'll never order from there again. It's now Wednesday.... mattress still hasn't shipped.”
“Read the google reviews. Have you notice that they only reply to positive comments and never replies to a negative comment? If a company values your feedback regardless of whether it’s positive or negative, they will write back. You’re taking a risk with the company. If your order screws up, good luck getting a response. I bought bunk bed there and it was damaged when it was shipped here (they use a very crappy delivery company). They will never reply to you. I ended up settling this through my credit card company. There is a reason why there are a significant number of 1 star reviews.”
“I bought a mattress 2 weeks ago, and I have still no clue when I am going to receive it. No real information was shared with me for the timeframe ! I bought it one week before I moved. I made some research and they informed me that it would only take 2 days for the mattress to be shipped and 3-4 days for delivery. I chose this company because it was local but also because It fit with the timeframe that I needed the mattress.
5 days later no shipping information was sent to me, so i spoke to a representative and he told me that I would receive information on the day of, and that my mattress would be shipped that day. 3 days later no emails. No information, so I contacted them again, they assured me that the shipment would be sent that day and I would receive an email confirming (this was on the Monday), No email was sent.
Tuesday I contacted them again, still no response. (they didn't even answer)
Wednesday, contacted them, told me they would send the shipping info on that day. Shipping info was sent but no information on the courtier's tracking number
Thursday Friday same thing.
Called on Friday and they told me that the courtier didn't come to pick up my mattress on Wednesday and Thursday. Picked it up Friday evening but does not work on weekend.
We are Monday and the tracking number received still does not work on the website.
Not only was I given false information but I still don't have a mattress to sleep on. I could of organized my living situation better if I knew, or just gotten a mattress from a place that respects their timing.

“I ordered a bunk bed over a month ago, they charged my credit card immediately, after not hearing anything for a week I called them, they told me it would be 6 weeks before my purchase would be shipped and that I could cancel if I like. I have been trying to call them multiples times a day for the past week only to get voicemail and nobody calls me back, I have emailed, sent message on fb. I am really at a loss as how to proceed. I can only think to dispute the charge on my credit card and possibly call the police. HELP!”
“Bought this sectional set from them , started sinking after 3 months , thought it might be temporary and will stop after some time , but after 6 months of use this one is fully sinked to depth of more than one inch , within one year this thing is falling apart , tried to move one of the attached pillows to clean it and it turned into big tear, just made out of cheap material. These pics are actually old and now its looking even more hideous, its about year since I bought from them.Tried contacting them about the matter, they never helped me out , now Thinking of taking them to taking them to small claims court , if other people are in same boat and are wondering about options , could guide them for free. “Do not purchase here. This business practices deceptive business practices. I searched bar sets on the website and it listed a 3 PC set for $89. However when I clicked on the product to purchase it the item became $349. I called and spoke with "customer service", she raised her voice at me, told me that there was nothing she could do for me as she did not make the website. She stated that the search listed the lowest price for the stool alone but I noted the price was linked to the 3 PC set not the stool. She then said she had costumers there and could not help me. Run, far and fast from this "business".”
