“I have brougt Mcafee total protection with G2A.com, my order N0 is 92000144533882 Creation date 2026/02/11 16:25:56, but I installed it in my PC, However, I still cannot use the item for the following reasons: I live in Canada, and when I try to activate the code, the page does not allow me to select Canada / the code cannot be activated in my region. The McAfee license period shown on the McAfee page is 2024.02.22 – 2026.02.22, but I purchased this item on G2A on 2026.02.11, so the dates do not match my purchase. Because of these issues, the item remains unusable for me. I asked the seller support, it take 5 days for answer. until now I can't install it. I asked for refund, I hope G2A can do it ASAP for me.!!!!”

“After placing an order for a Global key for Windows 11 PRO, the wrong price was deducted. My debit card kept failing as payment, but Cash App worked. THEN, I was given a key that is usable ONLY in Spain. G2A hasn't been helpful, telling me it falls on seller, then tell me how to contact seller in a vague and makes-no-sense way. Contacting seller is FAR harder than they make it seem. Going to say...not a good site to trust...”

“Worst experience ever. I bought a Roblox code and never received anything. When I contacted support, they told me to reach out to the supplier and claimed they had nothing to do with it. In the end, I lost my money and nothing was done. Their replies were always copy-paste messages, clearly just to dismiss customers instead of solving the problem. This feels like a scam. “G2A is a Scam. So I bought a key and was sent an invalid key then seller refused to refund. G2A said give them 7 days but after 7 days they removed my account stating I violated their guidelines.”
