"I have away $50 believing I would receive a code for 12 months subscription to Xbox core. I instead received a 3rd party long drawn out instructions of which I ended up with a fraudulent email address that left me stranded. G2A bailed immediately and I'm out $50. Don't do it!"

"Purchased Heroes of Might and Magic Vii from G2A. Did not get info to download for over 24 hours. Download then took overnight at very slow speeds. got the downloaded, installed it and the program is in Chinese or some similar language. Totally unusable by me. Contacted G2a, only response I have gotten is request for more information. contacted \"seller\"...no response at all. Trying to get a refund and that seems to be unlikely at this time."

"Bought War Within World of Warcraft expansion. I did receive the product then had the have it refunded from Blizzard. Seller refuses to re-issue then product I order since they have been refunded my money to their account. Nor will they refund the money back to my bank account."
