It's a joke of a site. No customer service, they sell redemned codes, false advertisement and over ran by scammers. Stay as far away as humanly possible from this site.

Sketchy website, and poor customer support. This is in no way a website like CDKeys or instant gaming. I purchased Phasmophobia thinking it was a digital key and it turned out to be a Steam account. When contacted the seller he refused to give a refund (I didn't even use the account), when raised a ticked with G2A customer "Support", they refused to help as well. I had to use the account but when Steam found out that the account was created by a different person (teh dodgy seller), they deleted the account and the game as well (thank god I didn't buy more games on that account) and they asked me to get a refund from the seller, who of course didn't refund, neither did the useless customer support. Steam Customer Support advised that buying second hand accounts is against Steam agreement and if Steam finds out, they will delete the account and neither the seller nor the useless G2A customer services will help you. I can't believe G2A allow illegal practices on the website and when you flag that up to them, they just ignore you. ** DO NOT USE THIS SCUM WEBSITE AND DO NOT BUY STEAM ACCOUNTS UNLESS YOU CREATE THEM AND HAVE A PROOF OF PURCHASE OF EVERY SINGLE GAME ON THE ACCOUNT LIBRARY, OTHERWISE, STEAM WILL DELETE THE ACCOUNT AND ALL THE GAMES EVEN IF YOU'VE PAID FOR ALL OF THEM****

Poor Customer Support, Scammed by Seller of Keygen Keys G2A does not help its customers that are sold keygen or illegal keys by sellers. Creating a ticket and having them help you revolves around you sending in a ticket and waiting 72 hrs for a response and each time there is another task you have to complete to string you along. They do not care about the customer or have any remorse for the scams that they and their sellers are running. G2A requested that I contact the software developer to confirm that the key was illegitimate (which it was) and then send a screen shot to them. Then G2A would not process my ticket unless I made a police report or it would be rejected. Absolutely disgusting how there is literally no customer support.

Bought what I thought was a steam key but it was a steam account, have never had this happen to me and G2A have absolutely zero interest in helping me get a refund, in fact they even when as far as to say the seller did nothing wrong. Seller: Grandmisterseller. Stay away from G2A they are not your friends, you have been warned.

Id go zero stars if i could. paid for a game key and every time i ty to open the link it says nothing is responding and ends my programs. comeplete bullspit and pretty unhappy about being robbed

Absolutely awful experience. G2A is a total scam. They're allowing Steam accounts to be sold (probably stolen). Not only is this viciously unethical but it's also completely against Steam's Terms and Conditions. You aren't buying the game to add to your Steam library like other (actual legitimate) key suppliers. I contacted G2A and despite me providing them with excerpts from Steam's terms and conditions as well as their own terms of service, they still refuse to refund my money. Steam says the sold accounts WILL get deactivated. Steam also says the original account creator will ALWAYS be able to recover their account, yes, even if the email, password, or phone number on the account are changed. Meaning the seller (or whoever they stole the account from) can commandeer the account at any time. Meaning I purchased something from someone that a.) doesn't belong to them in the first place and is not theirs to sell and b.) I can't even keep. I have screenshots of all conversations if anyone wants the "receipts" to my claim. Do yourself a favor and don't risk your money on G2A. Charged me twice for 1 key. Payment screen froze then sent through two transactions when I hit refresh. No reply from seller. Reported to PayPal. PayPal said it was not a claim as I made two transactions. I explained the payment screen froze and it was g2as error. No help from paypal. Reported to my bank and got refunded via direct debit guarantee. Received replies from g2a but couldn't read them as g2a blocked my account so I could not even communicate with them via online ticket support. Sent pictures of my passport and myself to unlock accoun as requested from g2a. Got another reply saying they would still not unlock my account accusing me of fraud. Terrible experience. Refusing to admit a mistake for a grand total of £19.17. buyer beware their awful payment screen especially on mobile devices. Embarrassed for them. Will be reporting to trading standards and ombudsman retail ombudsman tomorrow.

I tried contacting support, making tickets, email-ing "paymentissue{at}g2a{dot}com" and NOTHING HAPPENS!!! I HAVE PAID FOR AN ORDER 5 DAYS AGO AND EVERYONE IGNORES MY PROBLEM. EITHER GIVE ME THE KEY OR GIVE ME A REFUND BECAUSE THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!

This is the WORST POSSIBLE WEB SITE for buying games I have ever encountered. I bought 50 virtual points and decided to do a little gambling with their lootboxes. After some time trying to get the game I want using that system I ended up with 2 common tier games, which turned out to be IMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM. First it asked for my steam account and pass, after following the steps an error occurred which stated there was some sort of a problem and I HAD TO contact support to fix it, no other way, keep in mind there is 24 hour claiming period to these games and the support wait time is approximately 72 hours. They replied in a couple of hours and told me there seems to be some kind of data transfer problem which they can do nothing about and will forward my case to their specialists. After waiting for another day my games expired and was impossible to claim them anymore and they told me I would get a refund, but what I actually got where 13 points for those games, which was enough for 2 spins on some other lootbox. I was very mad and wanted my money back or at least 50 points back, but that was not an option. I am writing this review on the next day, I won another 2 games using those 13 points and they are still IMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM, so thanks G2A, for the worst experience ever...

I purchased a key for Red Dead Redemption 2, the transaction went though and for several weeks all was well. One day I was unable to play the game, after contacting rockstar they informed me that the Licence key had been revoked and I should contact G2A. I did so, G2A palmed me off and said to contact the seller which I did. The Seller refused to acknowledged the issue so after 7 days of not hearing a reply I opened a refund ticket with G2A and asked them to assist. The Seller then got in contact and said he would only refund if I gave them a positive review! I refused and requested my money back and after 2 long drawn out conversations with G2A and the seller I still have not had a refund. G2A asked me to contact the police to report the fraud saying that they would only take action with a police crime number!! This is during the height of the corona virus lock down where the police have far more urgent duties to attend to. I copied and pasted the refund policy from G2A's own website and their support just simply closed the ticket with no explanation. They are not interested in helping the customer, they take your money and get you to do menial tasks to drag out the support / investigation for weeks then close the ticket. DO NOT USE THIS SITE ITS A SCAM!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I purchased a key from this website in November and it didn't work. I contact the seller and I don't receive any help. Only after 7 whole days am I allowed to file a claim. I file a claim with the G2a support group and after almost a week and some change, they contact me saying that the only way I can get a refund is if I go to the police and make a report!?!?! FOR WHAT!?!?! JUST GIVE ME MY REFUND! Keep in mind, I've already proved to the seller AND G2a that the code didn't work because I took screenshots of my trying to claim my code on my PC. All the proof that they need is in the chat but did they even try to read the chat? No! Did they look at the proof that's clearly dated, No! We're now in December and now they want me to go to my local police station and file a report!?!?! Ridiculous! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Just wait for a sale on steam. Order# 92000110073401

Bought War Within World of Warcraft expansion. I did receive the product then had the have it refunded from Blizzard. Seller refuses to re-issue then product I order since they have been refunded my money to their account. Nor will they refund the money back to my bank account.
