Firstly the 'key to download the game' was sent to your email address on day of purchase as advertised. How do we know you received said email? Because that's the email you replied to. (The irony/stupidity is amazing I know!) Secondly instead of contacting us with your imaginary issue straight away you wait 2 weeks before contacting us and then leave negative feedback at the same time without giving us chance to reply and saving yourself the embarrassment. We await your apology.

“Bought sim city 4 from you. It had patches missing and therefore will not load or install. When asked about it i was told to take it up with EA games. Sorry guys, you sold it, it is YOUR responsability to make sure what you sell is correct, without missing data, registery or missing INI entry. Its as if you are trying to pass the buck for your failings to your customer. I bought the game from you. You provided me with the game pass key, it is down to you. Actually we only supply the key not the game, the game is downloaded from EA so if anything is 'missing' as you claim its their responsibility. When you contacted us we said you should contact them directly as they will be better equipped to help you, this is still the case. It would be the same policy from any games retailer (or car boot seller lol). Seriously though we have provided the key to download the game, which you have done, so we have fulfilled any obligation to you and pointed you in the right direction for further support. Leaving a one star review... one word petty.
“It was not instant, having never purchased a key or from them I was a little worried. After contacting through replying via email to the 247 sales persons my order was almost instantly completed. Not a problem though, people (Including myself) just need a nudge sometimes.

We replied directly to your email apologising for any delay and explaining why so to say there was no customer service is a lie. The fact that you're also leaving a 1 star review after openly admitting to receiving your product the same day as purchase is testament to what sort of person you are.

“I had never heard of Gamers247, I was looking for a particular game Sniper Elite V2 and when I googled it, Gamers247 was one of the companies advertising this game. I noticed that their price was also good, it wasn't the cheapest but they had it in stock, wheras the cheapest deal I found were OUT OF STOCK.
So I went for Gamers247. I ordered the game and to be honest I didn't know hoe good their service would be and when I would get my Steam Key for this game. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when I received the key fairly quickly and had communication emails from Gamers247. I like this company, had a good experience with them, I can see they are reliable. I will be using this company in the future, of course this will depend largely on their prices.
