Dear sir/madam I have ordered my log cabin with your company. Problems with the address, long waiting on the phone to speak to somebody that was just the begging... I paid to be fit it as well. Company asked me to send you the picture of the base which i did. Nobody emailed me back that is gonna be any problem. Delivery arrived and the builders said the base hasn't got good level for the Cabin to be fitted. They said is impossible and suggest to send it back and call once I gonna fix the base. Why nobody come before to checked the level or asked for a better pictures? I contacted different company to check if I can put any different log cabin . They came messier and they are ready to do it. I called to get the refund which I have right for. Again 10 min on the phone with the music. They said I need to go to my account and press refund which I did. A week ago gentlemen called me and said I will be charged around £ 300 for the cost. I understand that and I agreed . You have records of your conversations and you can check that . This morning somebody called me and left the massage that you gonna charge me another £700 pound! I called back they didn't know who it was and they could not give me any explanation. Lady said somebody will contact me on Monday because is weekend! Bad customer service!and wrong information all the time! I paid £2700 for cabin and £1400 for fitting and now you want to keep £1000 because of your mistakes ?! I hope somebody who cares for customers is reading this one now and will contact me soon if not I have to contact my lawyers and pass the case to them ! This is the email I have send to the company. Nobody even respond to me. In the end after 2 months of fighting on the phone They took £700 from me just because they came and parked for 30 min. After they said the base is not level and they gone. Very unprofessional team. Avoid and never buy from them if you want to see the money or product. Sent from my iPhone

Booked a half day from work on delivery day to build the shed. Shed arrived and I queried with driver about possible missing parts! Driver was clueless as had never built one but was confident 11 parts were delivered and needed. Discovered after driver left that we had no floor panels and 2 sets of roof panels instead of one. That meant another unhappy customer somewhere as we had their roof as well as ours! Customer service USA call centre with horrendous back ground noise. Missing part will be sent in 3-5 working days. Not happy we have a shed parts sat in our garden that we can't assemble and I have no more holiday days to book. Complete waste of half a day holiday.

""A very poor company that was very difficult to contact, as they use an offshore call centre and you cannot contact the people responsible for the issues. It cost more in time and effort to get a refund for a poor product delivered in the first place, than was ever anticipated. I bought a summerhouse. It was poorly made and leaked. I had to spend a lot of time and money to out it right and when I complained it was made obvious that they weren't going to do anything about it. What a terrible company. They lie, deny what they've said, blame the customer for their problems, threaten and basically don't care. I'd never use them again and strongly suggest that you think long and hard before you do. "Ordered a Bella summer house and it was looks nothing like what was ordered. There are numerous holes in the wood that had to be filled with wood putty. The windows broke as they were put in as the plastic windows were seriously thin. Both of the door were the wrong size, they were to big across and too small in height. The wood is very poor quality and cheap wood. Very course and rough looking, tongue and groove was broke and didn't fit together. The floor even though opted for the more expensive was not strong and was quite thin. This summerhouse cost almost £1000 and if I had known about the standard and reviews that are also on another website that are almost every one a bad review I would not of bought from them. I contacted the company and the only answer they gave was that's unfortunate. That was all the answer and help we got. Also because the summerhouse was now painted and the doors had to be made to fit as customer services was not willing to do anything they told us that it was now not in warranty. Which is a total joke as it needs painting to stop it rotting. Customer services were not even willing to help and stopped answering any questions. The summerhouse I would say is not worth more than £200 at the most. Their website is misleading

Confirmed Saturday delivery changed to Tuesday. When I called to complain, as I had already booked the installers, etc., the Saturday delivery was re confirmed. Nothing arrived , no warning either on the Saturday. When I called them, I was told the shed would now arrive on the Wednesday! Had to pay the installers for nothing. Shed quality is poor, building instructions poor (especially for extras, e.g. tiles instead of felt roof)! No communicaition possible other than with call handlers in the Philipines who don't know much about the products and appear to have the same set of instructions in front of them as the client. Not one phone number or e-mail address in the UK! Very, very poor service - all you hear is 'we cannot do anything, we cannot speak with management, there is no management here'. Very good if you enjoy banging your head against a brick wall!

Well where do i start pretty much the same as the other reviews, panels that don't fit roof didn't fit, warped and cupped panels, panels that fell apart doors that never will fit as they have warped and thin plastic windows that all bar one has cracked or fallen out.. I'm surprised it hasn't blown away as it's so light!

Shed ordered 1 month ago. Missing parts, made loads of phone calls to find out delivery of replacement, just false promisses. Still nothing. I will raise offical complaint to ombudsman.

Got shed delivered all OK very quick. But as other are saying that's where it ends. Very very flimsy construction of poor quality. Trusses not adequate for job. Built to there instructions, but upon completion still a lot of movement in it. Have added my own diagonal bracing to stiffen it up. Would have gone back, if not needed for storage, has got builders in over coming weeks

I bought a 20" x 10" premium workshop from these people. The quality is horrendous. I now have a shed with walls that lean out at the top and a roof that has sagged. The trussses are not of sufficient size to support the roof and have all bent under the weight. The company will send out replacements, but do not seem to understand that there is a fundamental design issue with the the shed. If I replace the trusses with more of the same I will be left with the same problem. They are not prepared to offer any kind of compensation.

Ordered and 12x8 wooden shed. Arrived promptly enough, but that's where the good news ends. Upon delivery I noticed one broken panel which I reported and was promised a replacement panel which never arrived. It only got worse. I had a professional do the installation and no sooner had he started when he told me that due to numerous manufacturing defects he would not be able to complete the installation. The panels were so poorly constructed that the shed would definitely have leaked. I still had to pay the installer. Then I had to fight to have it returned for a full refund. They eventually agreed, but wanted to charge me £96 for the collection. Had to argue about that too before they agreed to collect free of charge as the Consumer Rights Act requires. Still no offer of any compensation whatsoever. Just a bunch of scripted emails telling me how sorry they were, that these incidents were rare and that their T&C's requires customers to inspect all parts to ensure their quality! If the people who build these panels and the people who check these panels before they leave the warehouse could not detect the defects, how can they reasonably expect me to? Wish I had read more reviews before going with them! Avoid!!!

I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY. ALTHOUGH THEY SEEM CHEAPER THAN THE REST IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. I ordered a BillyOh 4000 shed from the company. The delivery date got changed the night before it was due to be delivered. I am not able to assemble the shed myself so I booked a handyman to help which I had to cancel and pay to compensate for the time lost. When the shed arrived and was being assembled we discovered that wrong parts were sent, some parts were damaged and the shed was actually made of very poor quality materials. I phoned up to explain that I wanted to return the shed and was told to first provide photographic evidence of the problems. I did that and then had to chase them for several days to agree a pick up date and refund. In the end it took numerous emails, phone calls and online chats before the shed was picked up from my driveway more than three weeks later and then I had to once again chase for a refund.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!! Local companies will deliver and BUILD better sheds cheaper. After 8 week I finally returned the awful product have my money back - Shed delivered with 4 RHS panels and 0 LHS front/back panels - They came back to house 3 more times over next 3weeks and each time delivered 2 more RHS panels - Quality of parts delivered is awful (4 damaged) - Parts are mis-labelled at factory, and call centre and factory are completely disconnected - each time you communicate with them a different person replies - I have 70 emails in my inbox and spent 5+ hours on the phone - the delivery drivers are stuck in the middle and even they advise you to return it all as so many customers are having these issues I never leave reviews but this was my worst consumer experience in 40years!!!!!!

Give them one star because i had too Give them one star because i had too Terible service missing wood on panels and missing 4 inch gap between the doors and also hinges to thick on doors so had to shave them roof covering to short then called customer services abroad somewhere to hear that i cannot claim anything because the terms and conditions stated everything had been delivered so everything is ok although what was delivered was short of wood and material PLEASE DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY WHAT A BAD COMPANY WITH A VERY BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE WORST PURCHASE EVER

PLEASE READ THIS!! I should have known, in all my years I have learnt you get what you pay for. Quality Log Cabins are £3.5k, if you see one for £1k you should know better. This is the single worst product I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. The timber arrives in 200+ pieces. It is untreated. You have to set up a production line to apply 2 coats of preserve, drying in between and 2 coats varnish or paint later. That took us nearly 6 weeks!!! We had to get pallets to rest drying timbers on, saw horses to sit the timbers on while applying, removal blankets to cover the garage floor and driveway to stop the preserve/laquer staining the floors, bike covers to move bicycles out of the garage to achieve enough room to treat, lay out while drying and then store treated timbers until the whole thing was finished. If you live in a house with no garage and no driveway, I have no idea how you would do this?? It is in tiny, tiny letters on the selling website, that the timbers are untreated. It was the delivery driver who really explained that to us. 33% of the parts were missing. Of the 66% we did have, 25% were damaged or incorrectly produced. We were provided with the wrong instructions and wrong parts list (we didn't know that until after we started the build and phoned for missing parts. They emailed us a parts list which was completely different to the one we received with the delivery. The missing parts arrived 10 days later, then they have to be treated, but 50% of the missing parts were missing!! I worked out that I could buy the missing structural pices from the local timber merchants and the rest were all fascia pieces, so we could still finish the build. 2 weeks on I still have no fascia pieces and cannot get any response from GBD. We decided on clear laquer, as we wanted the light timber look. The 2 batches of timber received, plus the ones we sourced locally, are all different colours, it looks bloody awful. The first delivery arrived 15th April and we still have parts missing. The quality of timber is dreadful, its thin and flimsy with incorrect cut outs on view on wrongly made boards. With associated costs, varnish, brushes, local timber etc, we have spent an additional £500 finishing a 10x8 cabin that cost £1000. It's not finished yet and it looks an eyesore. I haven't decided yet whether to paint it and live with it or set alight to it. If you don't have the £3.5k for a proper log cabin, please, please., please, either save until you do, or just buy a tried and trusted shed from your local timber merchant. NEVER buy from these people. They are, by some distance, the overall worst seller I have ever had the misfortune to buy from. Totally my fault, I should have known. But in fairness, even at my most cynical, I couldn't have guessed this. (the above is an accurate and abridged version of the full story!!)

Never ever use this company!!! Their customer service is absolutely appalling, goods don't arrive on time and when they do there are parts missing. It is impossible to speak to someone from the UK and the overseas call centre is the most unhelpful that I've ever dealt with.

WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! We brought a playhouse from this company for £219 a year ago. It has lasted only 1 year! The customer service is awful and their call centre is in the Philippines, you never get through to the U.K based office and they never ring you back. YOU HAVE RIGHTS CALL TRADING STANDARDS AND CITIZENS ADVICE The more people that do we will see these people be brought to justice! I can't believe they are selling products which are deemed unsafe for children!!
