“Will not use Hamilton gas again! The customer service is terrible, I didnt receive an apology. Still awaiting a missing part. The delivery was also late as the courier couldn't deliver because Hamilton gas didn't give the full address which was submitted on their Web order.”

Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We can see that you phoned in to our Customer Service Team at 15.24 to report that you had ordered the wrong product when you placed your order on our website. It was explained to you that as it was so late in the day and as it was our busiest day (Monday), if you were to change your order at that late stage, it would not leave us until the following day. As we are based in N Ireland, our couriers collect from us mid-afternoon. You were not very happy with this information and swore at our advisor, which resulted in the call being terminated, as we do not tolerate bad language towards our staff. The postcode provided for your order pre-populates an address on the courier system. We are unsure why the courier had trouble delivering to an address that their system provided and this is being looked into further. We apologise for the missing part which is being forwarded out to you today.

“Very good speedy service. Ordered 4 items for fitting propane gas to bbq and all perfect. Cheapest snap connectors I could find and even including the postage will save me money after first year.”

“Received the product by post at the expected time. Arrived in good condition. Mounting the gas cooker was no problem. I like the idea of having an iron gas cooker to use outside. Used it only once so far, it felt safe and easy to use. I am very pleased with the purchase. Thank you.”

We can see that you placed your order on our website on Wednesday, 11th June at 15.54, which is after our 12 noon cut-off time for same-day dispatch. This resulted in your order leaving us the following working day, Thursday. As you paid for the 2 working day service, your order was not scheduled to arrive until Monday, 16th June. We can see from the tracking that your order arrived on time on Monday, 16th June. We do have a handy table on our website to show customers when to expect their working day deliveries depending on the time and day their order was placed.
