Thank you for reaching out, Chris. We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration regarding the delivery timeline. Your order was placed on 26/08 at 13.03 and dispatched with Royal Mail the very next day, 27/08. It was dispatched on a Tracked 48-hour label. I have checked the tracking and can see that, unfortunately, Royal Mail misdirected this order twice. On both occasions, they sent your order to the incorrect depot, so they had to reroute it. This is what caused the delay in the delivery. Due to the number of parcels we send, we cannot watch every one to ensure they arrive within the customer's selected delivery time frame. If it does not arrive within your selected timeframe, we ask that customers contact our customer service team so we can look into it for you and update you. “I recently made a purchase of a Gaslow cylinder. The website was extremely easy to navigate, and talking with the staff, they were very easy to deal with. I bought the product because the price was the best I could find (which is important for me). However, it didn't diminish from the customer service. Shortly after the order, the item was delivered in double quick time and for me couldn't be faulted.”
