“I ordered a Cadic chef gas BBQ. It came quickly, only delayed by a public holiday. The original box was surrounded by another stout one, however more care should have been taken applying the "Hamilton" tape on this box as the top had sprung open. Fortunately the non-stick sheets that I had also ordered had not fallen out. The main item was in perfect condition and has worked on a test firing. It appears well made and has a quality feel.”

“I ordered a Clesse TR800 Gas regulator kit to update my old unit. Deliver took 3 days and was packaged very well so arrived without damage. Im very happy with the service Hamilton provided and will be replacing my boiler with Hamilton now too.”

“Product was fine, a Bullfinch extension tube. It had, however, been put in too large a cardboard box with no interior packaging and in transit the outer box partially collapsed and ripped, resulting in a hold-up at Royal Mail while the patched it up. Though the contents were undamaged the package took twice as long to reach me than it should.”

“The water heater is fantastic! Running 2 showers together in our little off grid campsite. The service from Hamilton was great too as I accidentally ordered the natural gas instead of the log. I emailed and they sorted it so quickly and delivery was super fast too!”

“Hamilton gas products have been extremely helpful with my purchase of a caravan water heater. The heater arrived safely and very promptly after my order was accepted. Their customer service as been exceptional when I needed to enquire about items specifics. Furthermore I found that Hamilton’s pricing is beyond excellent compared with equivalent retailers offering similar services. I would personally recommend this company based on my experience with them.”
