“The thermocouple was bought for stock so that when the existing one starts to fail I have one to hand so we are not without heating. I was expecting to receive one 900mm long not 600mm as supplied. I have accepted it because I think it will actually be long enough. The product labelling should be corrected.”

“I was let down from Amazon with the customer using Evri who were useless. Luckily I found yourselves. Great customer services and lovely product I would 100% recomend Hamilton Gas, I was let down by DPD not delivering on the specified date but it wasnt Hamilton Gas fault..”
