“The lid did not close on the fire… but I managed to get a handyman to sort it to save sending it back Otherwise , really pleased”

“Fantastic Service. I mistakenly ordered the wrong Gas hose online on a Sunday realising my mistake I followed up with an email and they got back to me 1st thing Monday to confirm change and provided a Link for cost change. Hoses arrived promptly a day or two later.”

“Very disappointed with this company, first time I ordered from them and will no doubt be the last, apparently DPD lost my parcel but hamilton took a long time to sort anything out, very unhelpful customer service, maybe I was very unfortunate”

“Superb company to trade with; from the excellent website to telephone customer support. Plus, choice is huge and plenty of stock; what’s not to like! I first tried my regular trade counter for some gas fittings and adapters; they didn’t have them and recommended I try Hamiltons. As he commented, “if Hamiltons don’t have it, it doesn’t exist”! Quite the recommendation!!”
