“The propane gas changeover valve I ordered was just what I needed to make my static caravan up to date with the legislation for these items. I even asked a couple of questions and they were very prompt in answering.”

“Absolutely love the provence heater. It looks fabulous. Struggled in lighting it at first but once we got the hang of connecting the gas bottle (it has to click on ). We were away. We have never owned a calor heater before so all new to us. Found Allan helpful and got back to me quickly. Looking forward to being cosy this winter.”

“Your rigid demand to capture customers, as expressed in your refusal to sell them calor gas bottles unless they sign up to a contractual agreement which binds them to you so far as access to new/replacement bottles is concerned, is very poor salesmanship, guaranteeing your loss of business in future.”
