“A good efficient heater which I find easy to operate. My wife has difficulty in operating the turn on ignition knob because of her hand arthritis.”

“Gas fire was delivered quickly and packing was very good , good looking has glass on front which means no flame can touch you . Service from emailing staff was quick and had answers to questions right away ,heats the room fast very pleased with item and staff”
