“The wrong item was delivered, ultimately these things happen. But getting the replacement has been terrible and still awaiting the replacement, why when it's not my error is the customer left waiting and having to change work around”

“Goid service. The oroduct is what saud it was. If anything the oriduct has a life soan as it is fitted to a motorhome. Recomended replacement is 5 years. The hose supplied was manufactured 03/23 so only has a ife span of 2 years left. Unless you take it from fitted. This may not be acceptable if i were to sell the motorhome. So disappointing from that point if view.”
