“Love the heater looks really good. But the Top of the heater,8 covering controls doesn't fit properly and will not close flat with body of heater.”

“Heater arrived and I found a small issue with the heat control knob. I sent pictures in and immediately had a response stating this was faulty and a replacement would be sent out. This all happened in less than a week from placing order. New heater arrived and all ok, it gives off amazing heat and also looks great. Many thanks for great customer service and being kept updated. NJ”

“I bought the Manhattan portable gas fire from these guys. It's a fantastic, well made product with great and economical heat output. Very helpful phone contact when I had a wee problem with the initial regulator fitting but all resolved. The fire replaced a cheaper type which used to go out whenever the dog's tail wagged in front of it but the glass door on the Manhattan is great and stopped all that. Log effect is lovely to, as was the price. Well below a well known on line world wide retailer. Buy from smaller local firms for personal service, Many thanks Alan”

“The fire was sent out without a back plate and I have been unable to use because of the health and safety issues with my workplace, I was promised a replacement would be sent out immediately but only yesterday I received a email stating we will send out the replacement back plate soon Too be honest I should have used a different company”

“After searching for a product I emailed Hamilton's the next day I got a reply from them. The service i have got from them is excellent, I got beter help from them than the equipment manufacturer. I have since went on and purchased the equipment from them and delivery was also excellent I have no bother in recomending them to anybody. I only wish some of the bigger companies would follow this example of customer service”
