“Purchased an anton sprint pro2 analyser which arrived promptly and well packaged my only issue is it only came with 7 months calibration which isn't what I expected when buying a new item”

Thank you for your feedback, Percy! We’re glad to hear that your Anton Sprint Pro2 analyser arrived promptly and well packaged. All analysers are calibrated by the manufacturer before leaving their factory, but they can sit on the retailer's shelves for a short time before they are sold to the public. This means the calibration certificate will be slightly shorter than the 12-month calibration certificate supplied by the manufacturer. If the certificate is more than one month old, we ask customers to email us a picture of the calibration certificate, and we can refund the calibration cost for that time period. “It simply doesn't work and for 2 days on the trot they have said we will cum and pick it up still waiting and they simply don't seem interested yet they are so fast to take your money”

Hi Ian, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience with us. It sounds incredibly frustrating to be waiting for a pickup, and I understand how disappointing this must be. We strive to provide timely service, and it's clear we fell short in your case. We can see that the collection was booked for yesterday, but the DPD driver was unable to make it. It was rebooked again for today and still shows on the system as confirmed. DPD collections normally happen between 8 am and 6 pm. We will keep an eye on this collection and contact you if there are any further issues. We are very sorry for the time and inconvenience the failed collection has caused.
