“Have used Hamilton gas products a few times over the years and very pleased with service and products. However I purchased a lpg gas water heater with 2 years warranty (ferroli peagaso eco 6) in January this year (2025) has worked faultlessly until it started leaking water recently. I called Hamilton Gas and was eventually told that I needed to contact ferroli uk directly for warranty work, which i did but was passed from one person to another, left on hold and eventually told their service department was closed and to send an email to them which i did (including a video of the leaking water, which our plumber who fitted the heater said was a leaking diaphram in the PRV). I have had no reply from Ferroli or Hamilton Gas and so as not to be left with No hot water or a massive water leak I had to order a new water heater (another ferroli pegaso eco 6) from Hamilton Gas which was delivered quickly. As I made my purchase from Hamilton Gas Products I was expecting that they would deal with the warranty as consumer law states rather rather than pass me on to deal with an unhelpful manufacturer. I will be writing to both in the near future”

However, we’re truly sorry to learn about the issues you’ve encountered with your Ferroli water heater and the lack of support when trying to address the warranty. It’s understandable that this situation is frustrating, especially when you’re left without hot water. The warranty on this product must be approved by the manufacturer before we can replace it. We have contacted the manufacturer and provided your contact details to them, and asked them to contact you ASAP to resolve this. We will also reach out to you privately to ensure this has happened.
