“A few years ago you used to deduct VAT from the price if you were shipping to Jersey. Today I have to pay Irish VAT on your products even though the goods are leaving the EU. I have to pay our GST when the goods arrive in Jersey. The second issue is delivery. We have a DHL representative office in Jersey and DHL delivers goods in Jersey. I don't know why your DHL doesn't support Jersey. This is incomprehensible and restricts our trade.”

Thank you for your feedback Mark. Customer satisfaction and providing a good quality service to all our customers is very important to us. Unfortunately we do not use DHL, only DPD Ireland and that is why there is no direct shipping to the Channel Islands at this time. As your parcels are being sent to a UK mainland address we have to charge UK VAT, but we can still refund this if you can send us the shipping confirmation of it finally arriving in Jersey. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

“After worrying about using a company I had never heard of, I decided to order through Hamiltons- main reason was the low price. Paid a small amount for 48 hr delivery. Great service and delivered on time. Will definitely use again”

“Well because of my own mistake, I order the wrong product and returned it in the return request email ..when I ask for suggestions Sam from customer service sends me a possible list of items. I strongly suggest on the website adding a bit more product specification details and possible suggested products in terms of nozzles and hoses for gas regulators so that we can avoid wrong orders and returns. I am happy with the product and customer service and highly recommend it.”
